Most don't from a foreign countries. Inter versities yes. My cousin was rejected by more than 6 universities before she later opted for Russia..even upon sending transcripts upon transcripts.

I have actually done a lot of researches, but I still thought coming on nairaland and relating to the closest individuals will go a long way.
I have gone through those links too, but I can't get the specific info. as all I could come across there were only visa processing which is far from my question. after all, I needed to know if there are Universities over there that offers 3rd class degrees master before processing for my visa, and with few researches I learnt GRE is the route but I still need to know if 3rd class also could do GRE. please if you can help me with more info. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, help a brother

You will never know until u apply...if u have some experience in IT mayb from internship or holiday jobs... it also helps...
My advice is apply to as many schools as possible all over the world cos ur options are limited with ur class of degree so u need to spread ur tentacles even to Europe..... try not to waste much time with schools like yale, Brown, Cambridge, UCL, they are high ranking schools, and they pride themselves in the kind of students they admit.
In addition, uk schools and other part of Europe doesn’t usually charge application fee, so u can apply as many as possible.. u will get some good responses for MSc...it’s not as bad as u think but if u don’t mind Postgraduate diploma... that would be much easier..

check university of ibadan prospectus, the do offer direct professional masters in financial mathematics. the form is out. instead of thinking of spending unnecessary money going to abroad to study.

I asked the same question. Apology to op.This is the reason for the 3rd class but you can improve and make waves.We've seen Third class making waves in their chosen career.If you can get any abroad, do Post Graduate Diploma and then Masters.

The solution is very simple but the schools are in UK.
There are lecture delivery centres in Nigeria just in case you don't want to travel outside of your comfort zone.

You can actually be admitted to study an MBA with a 3rd class or years of work experiences.

You have the option of running the programme here in Nigeria or abroad at their participating universities.

First, your get a PGD in Strategic Management and Leadership in 8 months which will lead you to do an MBA top-up between 4-6 months.

You will be issued an accredited MBA certificate from any of the universities you selected during your top up.

There are a long list of accredited universities that will accept you in UK. I don't know about USA.

I will give you the best as advice, you still have a chance to change your grade, why not go for a top up degree, its just 2years in some Nigeria universities and it's one year in UK universities, it will give you another chance to change things ,you can even switch field to a related course, universities that offers top up degree in Nigeria include Ajayi Crowded university, Bells university of technology Ota, FUOYE, and one Muslim university in ilorin ( I think alkaama) many UK universities allows top up degree even with your 3rd class, I know of Derby university

People having 3rd class doesn't mean they re dull, something may go wrong, have you forgotten ur country Nigeria again, how it runs, it could be as a result of missing result or something else like mine, the useless lecturer, after misplacing my 2nd yr result, used the script to get my grade, instead of reporting it as a missing result, he sent it as an extra yr result after asking me to write carry over on the script, this is exam I wrote in 2nd yr.when the result got missing because of their recklessness, they now went for the script, I was in final then when I discovered I was having a missing result, the man sent my result as a spill over, I have to pay extra yr school fees and my result divided into 5/instead of 4... Any where that man is God will keep punishing him. The idiot did that to cover up his mistake and retain his job without thinking of the impact it will have on someone else.
