My advice is take a chance with yourself. Be calm. Some women over there have a heart of gold. They have seen it all in there world. They probably looking for something different and true. Stay calm free you mind (although its easier said than done) ).You from a poor a
third world africa. She knows this more than you. She expecting to see poverty, so don't deny her that.Chances are she has consulted with her friends about this and she has gotten all kind of advice.


If she is coming to marry, let her come. Am guessing you were honest about your financial position. She is the one pushing. Stay calm let her do all the work. Na so God take DE bless at times. Just be honest with yourself and with her.

Show her your parents your envirioment. However poor it may look. Introduce her to ukhodo.(local urhobo delicacy).Make sure it comes with lots of the spice. Cant have ukhodo without the spice.

Don't take her to "shopright".that's the direction she is coming from. Rather take her on nite street walks and buy her suyer and peppers soup in the open. Let her feel the gaze and the silent side talks it will helps to make her feel special.

it's a once in a life time experiance. Let her have all of it. Boy kill her with your Africa/nigeria as you know it. The local way. Na she take her leg come. But do it it with enough conviction, with cheer on your face. She needs all edges off. She need to know that happiness does not live in wealthy nations. You were happy growing up on these parts.

Give her the local name of foreign object. engage that woman. Tell her stories late into the nite. Folklore, myth. They already farcinated by African folktales.

She is meeting you for the first time. Don't disappoint her. I mean Na love carry her cross sea. No be money. Again Let her feel it. We are nigerians. God knows we deltans. On our day the thing be like "follow come" for our body. Area no de carry last no be just metaphor.

Just no fear. No shake. She is already your woman. One things I do agree with though, two week is a short time to stunn her.but believe me guy. I believe you.

Update!Marriage was succesful,everything was successful she had the best days of her life,but the problem we had was the embassy,it was all so complicated,nobody wanna help the man at the front of the german embassy keeps writing the website for us to go apply online then after 6 months we'll get appointment dates,it was so crazy,we even got someone working inside to help it was all crazy,she was so stressed up by traffic and everything,one time we were in traffic for almost 3hours,all was fun,it was so much,fun cant even start to count,all was low budget,she has been searching for easier ways from germany to quicken or fasten the process,we've got our hopes up,if not i'll apply,been doing lots of research and trying to learn some german,please dont criticise me if this post is not perfect or there's any grammatical errors,i am one humble guy,we both dont have all the money to pay,everything went successful as God wanted it

Don't marry at the first meeting, they will think it's a fake marriage to get out of Nigeria. I married my husband after the third meet. We even travel to three different African countries together (these are the criterias that will determine the authenticity of your intentions). Total of six times my husband has come to Nigeria, Cotonou, Togo, Ghana to meet me. Am not saying you should do the same. Just make sure she comes to Nigeria at least two times and stay a minimum of one month each. You too should apply to visit her first (they will reject of course), but it will be in the record that your marriage is not fake that you guys are always trying to be together
