Exactly! Trademark is so so complicated. My advise is never do outbound to owners of trademark or display advertisement (like parking). Apple is a trademark, I believe a combination like RottenApple is safe from the tech company trademark.

Tell buyer to visit the domain link (should take him/her to the landing page...) It's also very necessary to let buyer know that escrow service is involved (you only get paid after you must have transferred domain). This settles the Issue of transparency.

If you're okay with buyer's price, edit it on the marketplace and let him/her know.

it's a two way scenario, if you have up to 5names with them they will reg it instantly, if otherwise it will take a while... when did you submit the names?

I guess the registration didn't go through from SH's end.

Guy do fb outbounding. I think that one is faster and gets to the end user. Just download fb messanger App.
Get your operamini and login to your fb account use the fb search to get to your end users. Go for pages, in the drop down forget groups and others
When you get to the end users FB page just click on send message or the fb messenger icon. You can start sending your messages easily.

Also some potential buyers might see your shortlist and feel like there is going to be a competition for that name, before you know it he buys it.

Even the write up, I couldn't do it without phone had to use my lappy
Also when I wanted to accept my approval
Phone no gree, it was laptop

When these message is delivered successfully and after 3 days no reply
You send again, it still delivers and even got views
Still no reply
That is what I call frustrating

I think short listing is when someone likes like 5 names. He will shortlist them and later pick one from the shortlist.

submited two names actually, 2 unregistered and 1 registered. I think they were supper active this evening cos it took less than 20mins for them to approve 1 and decline the remaining two
