So in the usual custom, I have a territory in which I manage all the business' business. Would it be fair to claim NOC code 0621 as my correct code especially since my Job title does not carry the phrase 'manager'?

I'd also like to know when exactly does the work reference letter comes into play in this immigration process?

I believe it should be 6411 or 6221 depending on the kind of product you sell.

If it's fmcg, i believe fmcg are non technical products. So 6411 noc is more like it. But definitely not 0601.

Exactly One year and 22 days after my AOR, Doing another medicals for myself and my family, I received this in the mail.

I got the letter on the same day my Medical result was updated to passed in my CIC profile.

Can anyone please advise me what stage this is and how long to PPR. I don tire to wait.

Sorry about this, I know how heartbreaking it is. Please give EOR a shot and mark both writing and speaking to increase chances of getting your money back at least.
Just to encourage you, I had the same exact result late last year and I got a positive remark of both writing and speaking. I pray yours come out successful too.

So result may not likely change.
