I still need a reply folk, pls.
it depends on your score and applicants at that time. January 30 2019 scores was 438. Since then it has been between 451 and 470. So if u joined january 29 with 440 u would have gotten ita. But if u joined january 31 2019. U would still be waiting for ita as scores have been high

Hi,
I'm interested, but I have a few questions
how can I join?. How much is the program and exam? when will the exam be written plus how soon will the result be out? Can those of us in sciences cope (cos that CIMA does not look like what I can pass Biko)? ..Thanks in advance as I await your response.

Sorry I just saw this. I hope you found answers to your questions?

Hello. I am a lawyer.

hubby and I are currently in the pool with a CRS score of 404.

I have taken IELTS 2x. My 1st score was LRWS 7.5,8.0,6.5,8.5 and overall band 7.5.

My last score was LRWS 7.5,7.5,7.0,8.5 with same overall band score of 7.5.

Hubbys had same overall band score of 7.5 with breakdown scores LRWS 7.0,6.5,7.0,8.5.

I became discouraged after my last attempt so now exploring the PNP route but the process appears quite complicated though still doing my research.

Does anyone know any lawyer that has successfully applied through the PNP route? or would u advise I just retake my ielt? would hubby also have to retake it if that is d case?
rewrite the ielts. Pnp for lawyers is a tall order . Only manitoba but it has stringent conditions like close relative

Go for a remark,
But as per their policy, they've already done the remark.
If two band scores are more then two points apart, they'll remark b4 u see ur result.

So result may not likely change.

They've planned all their cheats and designed their policy to protect it.

Stop this pls.

This 'victimhood' mentality is a poor attitude that doesn't benefit anybody.

She has a great result; if she completed that section (a lot of people run out of time) and feels she hit the key areas according to the marking scheme, then she should request for a remark. Considering BC has lower fees, I'd be contesting that result without second thoughts.

Sorry about this, I know how heartbreaking it is. Please give EOR a shot and mark both writing and speaking to increase chances of getting your money back at least.
Just to encourage you, I had the same exact result late last year and I got a positive remark of both writing and speaking. I pray yours come out successful too.

yes it can be done. Call inspector moshood +234 803 474 7802. It would cost more tho. What most people from outside lag and abuja do is on the day of their medicals in lagos or abuja . They also get the pcc

Yes, you can if you don't have less than 6 in any of the modules. In other words, the minimum score is 6 in all modules to be eligible to create a profile. Plus, is your ECA ready? If not, you'll need it to create an express entry profile.

ECA and IELTS ready.

What is the link to create EE profile?

Because the place I am right now is saying I am not eligible even with band 8 score.

Thanks

This is a very dangerous falsehood. No where does it say BC remarks scripts based on this. Simply send in an EOR and they will do the rest. Haba, where do you people come up with these things?

For PNP, very rare. Only Prince Edward Island back in May but I was feeling like i still had a better option waiting for scores to drop. Since then, no other request for Lawyers. I suggest you take IELTS again.

It seems you haven't evaluated your law degree. You will get the maximum points with your law degree for education (use IQAS but it takes a long time for their evaluation to be completed) and if you've worked for over 3 years, your score will jump to 475 (but I think the score drops a bit once you've hit 30. I maybe wrong about this).
Even with less than 3 years work experience, your score will still sit in the 450s. Don't give up hope!

My dear cannyland hopefuls, I've been trying to figure out this NOC code issue. So I work in the sales division in the FMCG industry. So in the usual custom, I have a territory in which I manage all the business' business. I'm the direct link between the company and the retailer, also the bridge between the distributor and the secondary customer. I manage events, competition reports. promotions, van sales men activities and generally increase market share in my territory. Would it be fair to claim NOC code 0621 as my correct code especially since my Job title does not carry the phrase 'manager'?

I'd also like to know when exactly does the work reference letter comes into play in this immigration process?
