However I want to know if it'd be possible to make PhD Fall 2020 as I don't have a Masters transcript yet but in view or should I just target Spring 2021. Please, I need a response as to know how quickly I should prepare for GRE.

it is better to register on time because seat get filled up in due time, but you can still register by september, because i am writing for september and i just register two weeks ago so i guess september is not too late.

you can start by checking online for schools that offer msc in your field,you can proceed to search funding in the related schools

Application deadline for fall are mostly February or march , you defence is by May , to me you wont meet your application deadline if you are applying for fall 2020 , spring 2021 would be a better option.

I've seen scenarios where a transcript (despite it not containing your entire MSc results) is accepted especially when you have substantially covered a significant amount of your course requirements. I'd advise that you contact the graduate coordinators of schools you intend to apply to and find out the possibility of using a partial transcript for your applications.

You're welcome. I can't recall if anyone here got admitted and/or funded through this route.
But I am positive that I found scenarios like this most likely while searching for schools to apply to.
I think you've gone far enough to get a "partial transcript" (this also depends on whether your current school has policies allowing the collection of a transcript at this stage.

Yet to write, exam is for oct...

please how long does it take GRE results to be sent to schools? I researched and found that its 10-15 days. are there situations that it may exceed 15 days? I intend to write the test on November 20th against December 15th deadline
