Michellekabod2:I know they say the sins of the father on generations upon generations but that curse is what threads as these are meant to break. His piggishness is not infectious so there's no reason for me to gutter dwell with him. And those who follow will see he grunts and stinks like the pig he is. His glorious daughter is not responsible for him being a pig so it would be remiss of me to not wish her what I wish my own daughter. 1 Like |

Michellekabod2:As long you're a christian/muslim the Man is the head when it comes to Marriage (Religion in general) Except if you're deceiving yourself According to Traditional marriages. The man still remains the head. A typical example is when the woman bows for the man to serve him palmwine and kolanut, Or when she places the cap on his head to identify him as the king and stuffs. I'm sure you know the nigerian culture And for Marriage by Law. You can refer to the Nigerian Constitution under the marriage act to enlighten yourself. If you have been to the registry before. From the preparation to the counselling of the couples etc before the actual marriage. You will have an idea that the man remains the HEAD |

Michellekabod2:Went through it. As a matter fact, those conditions are not realistic anywhere. They look right and fair but unrealistic and are pretences to worse events. Even in d Western world where feminism is practiced, the men endure and the ladies enjoy.. it's not equal at all. Covetousness is in every lady by nature, give them an inch, they'll go a mile. You know how many men are in life-term jail for false rape alarm? How many men went into crime cus over half thier wages are given out to a woman they have nothing to do with anymore who probably planned marriage with him cus of his money, how many men are homeless cus they had to leave the home they bought with thier own money. There was a video that made fp sometime ago where a white marriage psychologist woman confirmed that women cheat more than men but men are easily caught because the society believes it's thier way, while women conceal theirs taking advantage on seeing probing men as non-respecters of women. The law in these feminism practicing nation's says "respect a woman" but scrapped out respect for men. And respect is what a man needs naturally to flourish through life just as women need care, yet they're deprived of it. They started as you did stating these fair-looking statements but ended up taking advantages over men. I have 2 conclusions to make. -In a country like Nigeria where according to UNESCO (2014), 65% of the population are illiterates, every family has a huge mass of illiterates at least in d village, there's almost nothing that can be done to affirm feminism here. It's in families where everyone is educated and are almost all exposed elites that such laws can be understood and practiced. But what we see instead is even fellow women in most families who shd advocate for feminism, themselves are upholders of the old status quo. Or how will you describe a mother in-law who detest seeing her son washing for his wife. Women are the problem of themselves. So if you must achieve ur goal at all, solicite first for massive and free education of d masses(men and women) so your plight can be well comprehended. Nelson Mandela said, education is d best weapon to broaden the mind. -Preach God's rules to the masses. A Nation that uphold God's statutes always progresses. I don't want to say preach the gospel. But God's word which He never jokes with says Men love ur wives. Wives submit to your husbands. Nothing prospers a society more than these. People are just behaving as though they know better than the creator of Earth Himself. The creator of us all has given us the precepts to follow for peace, we know it yet we are against it. This feminism of a case is a problem among Christian's. Muslims would rather uphold Allah's laws than their own ideas. It baffles me as a Christian. 3 Likes |

Inspectorsuga22: I have gone through all her comments on this thread and also the previous one. I have realized that she is actually one of those man haters the OP highlighted. A close examination reveals her disguise of hatred under feminism towards the male gender. Her own point of view is parochial, sentimental, manipulative and doesn't define the True feminism the OP is referring to. A one sided entitled feminism at that 2 Likes |

Michellekabod2:Because I do not know if you believe in spirituality, I am going to be as logical as possible otherwise this is more of the spiritual than the physical (controlling your spirit to create an irresistible you and a dominating you). character is the first creation of a man/woman. Before you can create anything else, you must first have to create your character (creation in our world is what God has left to man/woman after creating man/woman). Creating a good character with sincerity from your heart and without trying to please man/woman, will lead you AUTOMATICALLY from inside-out to creating a good life for yourself and for others in your world. To create a good character: Be as truthful as possible(finding the truth within you, leaving all forms of sentiments out. This will give you freedom from unrighteous character and also unrighteous creations). I would like to stop here, this is the most simplified explaination I can come up with at the moment. Note: A man/woman who controls his/her emotions rightly, controls the spiritual and by so doing builds a good character. A man/woman who builds a good character, creates a better world, Because a man/woman who controls the spiritual dominates the physical. |

budaatum: lol these guys. And they still complain when women sleep around and take no action in/for the relationship. They want the best of both sides--CEO Woman and Subservient; Unexposed and yet Chiccy, Elegant; Girl from Village but looking like VS Model; Sexually free but 'Modest'; Spend very little but should look 'wawing', wearing the latest and fashionable accessories and so on... 2 Likes 1 Share |
