Yours is EU ROM. I'm very sure about that. If you updated to 10.3.4, it's EU ROM. You can drop the screenshot of your about phone. It is PFLEUXM (EU ROM) and not PFLMIXM (global ROM).

Russians have gotten (10.3.2) EU have gotten (10.3.4), Indians have gotten (10.3.6).

Global is next.

Those that got an update on their Redmi 7 on this thread have EU ROM (PFLEUXM) on their phone. Our own ROM na global ROM (PFLMIXM).

The EU version is still technically a global version because most times when OEMs release phones and they regionalise it, Africa falls into the EMEA(Europe, Middle East and Africa) region
