One big miss on the list is herbal concoction use which is very common among our people..

Others are : Green 'holy' water drinking, not drinking enough water about bouts of diarrhea / vomiting, seeking attention from quack medical personnel and poor antenatal care.

The only 2 reasonable things there are abuse of drugs and excessive alcohol consumption.
None of the others have been scientifally prove. to cause kidney damage at normal levels of consumption.
Sleep will first cause other health issues before it damages your kidney,if your sleep deprivation has been long-term and of extreme nature.
The first on that list as far as Nigeria is concerned should be herbs and all it's variants Nigerians consume.
If a proper study is done,which unfortunately we don't do here,it would show it to be the primary cause.

I've heard so many health practitioners educate people to practice it, how healthy is the act pointing from the 3rd factor you listed....
