I have an ob-gyn friend in Lagos,but better you go to a hospital & specifically request for one. I've had a yeast infection and prescription antibiotics sorted it out, but with the growths and lesions u are talking about, it has to be more than that.

You're better off going to a specialized doctor. That is seeing a gynecologist, rather than a general practitioner.

Let her do this, she should put very hot water in a bowl mixed with salt, when it's a little bit not too hot, she should sit on it or she should dip towel into the hot water and douch her veejay, the water has to be hot dude, she should bear it, she should do that everyday as much as possible, she will be fine less than a week, quote me when there is improvement.

She should mix bicarbonate of soda and water, use the water to wash the Vijay. She should try ytacan cream

Bro... take her to a hospital to see a gynaecologist.... a 'vaginal specialist'. Most likely... he/she is very familiar with that condition and knows the cause and the treatment.he/she would explain the cause and let you know what steps to take to a kid it happening again.
People should suggest treatments.... but how can they if they don't know the problem?
