Congratulations to you. Were you able to track your documents using ups eventually?
Yes, last night the status changed and was saying delivery would be by Wednesday. So I was surprised when it got delivered today.

Woah for real shocked shocked shocked. That's great. congrats. I think all applications processed in Nigeria are processed in Abuja if i am not wrong.
Mine was processed in Abuja, but earlier in this thread we found out that the Abuja embassy actually sent some applications to Dublin to be processed. Not all.

What’s happening?
How come August applications are processed before July?
Has anyone that submitted in July gotten his/hers?
My ups status hasn’t even changed.

Hey, my visa was issued today. Submitted on August 9, some things out of my control delayed my submission. It got to the Embassy on August 14 (Because of Sallah holiday). Visa stamped August 23, so processing took around 9 days surprisingly. UPS delivered it this morning.

Going to University College Dublin. My friend submitted on August 5th and has gotten hers today as well.

Congrats to all those who have gotten visas. There are still some early July applicants who are yet to receive their visas. Maybe the embassy is now processing applications randomly not by chronological order.

Or perhaps based on the prestige of the school.

Please, don't say what u are not sure of. There is nothing like prestige of the school. The embassy processes applications in a chronological order (by order of submission). If you are following updates on this thread - you will see that applicants from other schools have gotten their visas according to the dates of submission.

Check and you will see those from DBS, Griffith, Limerick, Cork and even Athlone Institute who got their visas in chronological order. So there's nothing like prestige of the school in determining the processing of appllications.

The only reasonable thing to say in this case is that some applications were sent to Dublin to reduce the workload in Abuja and the arrival of new visa officers, maybe that's why some were processed fast
