The twitter user with username, Luscious eby, berated the landlord and called him a mad fellow just for taking her to a debilitated storey building with an outrageous rent.

It's not the agent's fault but you that gave agent your budget which is within 300k. You can't expect agent to take you to a decent house with 300k(probably miniflat) around surulere

Agent will only take you to where your budget can afford.

Many of these jobless people parading themselves as agents don tire me. Even if they don't have any free accommodation, they will still take you somewhere so that you give them transport fare plus tip for their troubles

People also need to stop telling this agents budget that is not realistic for some areas in Lagos. Some will be asking for 300k mini flat on the island.

The agent who wanted money will remember there is one house a landlord told him on the mainland even when some can't even stay there but they believe you are also ready to take any issue that came with the house just because you wanted what is not realistic in that area.

Pls always check what you want on Google before calling thess agents. They can't perform miracle. e.g if you want mini flat in Ikeja Gra, just type mini flat for rent in ikeja gra. You will see the available ones with thier price range. Then you will know yourself if you are ready. my opinion sha o
