There is no way 300,00+ people registered after me in the space of 44minuites before the portal was closed to amount to your number of 600,000+. You certainly did not register after me. So there seem to be random allocations of numbers.

My point is, the highest propelled number does not reflect the amount who registered.. It could be the said 250k, more, or even less.

even with this condition (despite it being valid as it is not a negligible variable) , that estimation is far from being accurate. If you are familiar with market sizing estimations on a professional level or similar, you'd know why
