And it should be taken in the morning my concern, I seriously need quide please. I would prefer taking it at night but the person that attended to me said i should take it in the morning because of side effect,

thanks a lot, the person that gave me the drug said all this, but she insist I take it in the morning which I no maintaining that time at morning will be difficult and prefer night that the side effect of the drugs can make me not to sleep at night .I don't know if its general side effect and my CD4 count and viral load I don't know.

It's preferably taken in the morning because it's been known to disturb sleep. Other than that there's no other problem

You can actually try taking at night for a few days and observe. If it doesn't affect you, then continue.
