I made a meal but ashamed to post it. The catfish scattered in the bitterleaf stew.

recipe of the barbecued meat

Ermm, I used all my available seasoning. Knorr cubes, garlic, turmeric, thyme, ginger and blended onions+ pepper. Used that in steaming the meat.

After that I diced some vegetables- carrot, green pea and green pepper. I wanted to "fry" them, but since it will cook while grilling, I changed my mind. Mixed them in oil with dry pepper and mixed spice. Applied the mixture on my chicken, goat meat and offals with a cooking brush.

Folded in a foil and put in my portable grilling machine. Came out nice.

They look delicious. Did you fry them in a lot of oil to make them puff up? The akaras I make don't puff up like these.

I'm even saying they were too flat. I used very little oil. Beating them very well makes them puffy though. I used blender to beat mine till fluffy before frying
