please I would like to know if a call of 8 minutes has only 11 statements, all inter switching between the customer and rep, is the call valid for transcription. please reply as soon as possible. the call is from Funding C..... and a loan interview call between a customer and a Rep
As long as there's a valid exchange, yes it's okay. I have never seen an invalid Funding call.

You have 5 tokens in a day to release calls. If exhausted, you'll have to wait for the call duration to elapse before returning back to the queue.

Please gurus in the house, I use phone and it's really not convenient. Is there a way to shift or get rid of the tool bar in the right hand corner while typing on phone? I mean the place you have glossary, replay audio, release call, e.t.c. It's really obstructing my typing speed.

grin This is meant to be side job for regular folks.
Last week I only made $6 (FC UK & health), I just bought airtime of roughly 1700 with it and subbed.. it was at least useful.
so how is your transcription going at qa-world?

grin I'm full blooded Nigerian. But those British accents are beyond mere mortals.
iWyze without foreign language is much better.
explain iWyze and FC UK for me. I release a call because I didn't understand what they were saying

It's been worth it. Especially for long audios with a lot of missing audio in between the timestamps. Using Esc does not produce as clean an audio as if you have the full clip
how do you run the audio on Otto?

Son Ron audios remains one of the audios you can get on qa. Don't worry, with time and consistent work, you wouldn't used to them.

A lot of things could have been wrong from misheard words to punctuation. You can try again with another email. Listen to the first few lines and type what you think you heard here. We will send you the full transcript so that you can get onboard immediately. Cheers

Please I failed my test too. I can use another email but i may not do well if i'm not guided. I did my best in my previous test, I can't understand while they said I failed. Meanwhile, below is a copy of what I transcribed.

"To be clear, the functionality describing the something we had to dress into us; and I believe is in development. We're very focused on building the best part of our space, but we sort to prioritize new features. Three-Three, you are looking for the ability to highlight multiple accounts, and see the top matrix for all highlighted accounts. Is that right (understood)? "

To be clear the functionality you‘re describing is something we’ve had suggested to us and I believe it’s in development. We’re very focused on building best product in the space but we still to prioritize new features. To reiterate you’re looking for the ability to highlight multiple accounts and see the top metrics for all highlighted accounts. Is that right?

Hey guys, newbie here. I have a question please. I checked this morning and saw that my earnings up till yeaterday is no longer appearing as an "upcoming payment". So I guess that means, I have been paid, but there's no reflection of it in my PayPal account neither did I receive any email. Is this normal? When will the pay reflect on my PayPal account?
