Wow! Are you kidding me? Why would he be a waiting sure buyer of the name when he can register it since the name is unregistered? Or do you (and other domainers) have monopoly to registering unregistered names? BTW, no conventional domain marketplace would accept listing of unregistered names on their platform, (except of course, SH that allows for suggestion of unregistered name so they can register and list them on their platform)

The last discussion I followed on namepros, it was something similar to this, middle men Outbounding for names they don't own, at a higher price, so they can buy it from the seller if they get a buyer to resell to and they middle men forget that some names are trademarked. Therefore causing udrp lawsuits on sellers from the owners of the trademark. Issues like this are creating problems in the domain industry.
