Please for someone that is working and needed an introduction letter from his company for study visa.. must he let them know he's going for a study.. as in is it compulsory that the company will include it in the introduction letter that he is going for a study
If you don't want your company to know Just submit your payslip and bank statent it's left for embassy to verify from your company of they wish

THANKS AND GOD BLESS.

May be my question is not clear enough,
I mean can the company issue you an introduction stating you are their staff bla bla blah without mentioning going to study.. will the embassy honours it?

What is the duration of leave letter?
breezy147:

Yea the letter of introduction can include that.

However it would be even better if he includes a leave letter whether paid leave or unpaid.

Maybe the purpose of the letter is not clear to us.... Is it an introductory letter or a reference saying you are working (or worked) for them? is it to prove your employment status or what?

Maybe you need to state the exact purpose of the letter as it relates to your application and personal circumstances

Go for PTE, its much easier. I did not study for a long time (just few days not at all times) infact call that I did not study but I had score 41. If you study well, you will come out with good scores.
Secondly why not choose schools that does not require english test then you can use your already written IELTS fot visa processing instead of sitting for another english test. My opinion anyway

Good morning house PLS I wrote IELTS b for I got 5.5 overall band, and DBS said dey need 6.0 overall band, now I wanted to put in for PTE, PLS which is easily.

Its just an introduction letter from your company but my concerns is must you state in the letter that you are going for a study? If your HR just introduce as a staff without mentioning to the embassy that you are going for a study.. will the embassy frown at it?

If it's to prove employment status, offer/employment/reference letter should be okay. If it's your most recent or current job, in addition to the letter, three months consecutive slips + bank statement could be attached as further documentary proof.

Study leave letter would be in a case where your employer was part of the decision (in support) for you to pursue further studies. That can also be used as "strong home ties" in your application to show you will return to Nigeria after studies to continue your jobsmiley

We worry our heads at times about what visa officers actually look out for. I don't think you have anything to worry about. Just pray like the rest of us and leave the rest to God

I think you've called before about this. Yes, your org can introduce you with information on when you joined the org and if you are still in such employment. However,it goes a long way if they state its a study leave and they will be happy to have you back after completion of your studies.

Cheers

Please don't put words in my mouth I never said so. Showing bank statement is a must and any other relevant docs that will convince the visa officer
