Any sensible person know that the certificate issue lacks any substance. Don't understand why Atiku's lawyer were pursuing shadows. The case will soon be dismissed for lack of merit and frivolous claims.

This is the most worthless election petition I've seen in a long time.

The Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal has just dismissed an application by Atiku and PDP, challenging President Muhammadu Buhari’s academic qualifications, Igbere TV reports.

Igbere TV recalls that Atiku Abubakar and the PDP had prayed the Tribunal to upturn Buhari’s victory in the February 23 presidential election, over his controversial WAEC certificate.

But, the Tribunal in its ruling on Tuesday, read by Justice Mohammed Garba held that the petition was incompetent, lacked merit; and therefore dismissed it.

Essential:
why are pdp and their supporter so senseless. Pdp was the ruling party when buhari contested and defeated them. The could not stop him in court. Now buhari and apc is the ruling party and pdp is still dreaming.

When the same judiciary gave similar judgement in favour of Ademola Adeleke in Osun, dismissing a case of lack of certificate made against him, judiciary was not in severe pain. In fact, judiciary was alive and bouncing then!

Now that the similar ruling favours the person you like to hate, judiciary is on injury. So much for emotional attachment to political issues.

I dont know why we keep falling for the same fraudulent election. This criminals have known the out come of this court ruling abinitio kust as they knew the election result from INEC.

Next time never partake in a process where fraudulent people are the organisers, they will compromise it. Take the law head on and fight illegality frontally. The law is an ass.

I think he has a standard qualification.

Breaking:The petition has been dismissed in it's entirety .The justices held that no scintilla of evidence was adduced to prove any of their grounds beyond reasonable doubt
