TheGoodJoe: Dont take this outta context. Skill could be collective in that sense, but power isn't, otherwise, what are the purported things inside power? If u had said "ability", that would have been more debatable bkus it varies. But in the context u used that word "power", u meant physical strength sir, I am eager to kno the said things inside power sir |

Back to the molly whopping don by our dream team. Sanusi Ibrahim is the next top npfl player to come out of nowhere. Our CB pairing can play for the Super Eagles right now. I have never seen Imama coach a good defense, this seems weird. Normally his catch phrase is you score one I score two. We will miss Zuby and Nwakali at the tournament no doubt about that but this team will be very solid. |

Icon4s: You must not have watched enyimba lately. Anemena has a lot of quality and can even score goals. As a defender he reminds me of a tall Udoji RIP hard as nails. Nya is 24, played with Iheanacho in the U17. |

BascoVanVeli: Then he cannot be 24. 17 + 6 is 23. That is oldest any of Iheanacho's set can be now. I have watched Anemena a lot, he is a rock solid CB. But like I said, he still a CHAN material. |

It's just two weeks naa... plss we need to qualify ooo. We need a fine blend of the foreign based and home based. I think we can rely on Ndifreke Effiong (not as CDM ooo but as an advanced player as we saw in the game yesterday), Olisa Ndah, John Lazarus, Ebube Duru, Adamu Abubakar and Ibrahim Sunusi going to Egypt from the home front but we need the foreign based too in certain strategic positions. I know we cannot have them all for the tournament but if we can have some of the likes of: Attack: Taiwo Awoniyi, David Okereke (UCL football beckons), Okonkwo Orji, Stephen Odey, Chidera Ejuke, Dennis Bonaventure (UCL football beckons again and Brugges may find it hard releasing both he and David at same time for two weeks... but I hope they do. They have Diagne and Tau plus a few others naa), Blessing Olabiran, Hillary Gong, Success Makanjuola, etc... Midfield: Azubuike Okechukwu, Kelechi Nwakali (would be settling into his new home club in Spain but we need the lad badly for this tournament), Kingsley Michael, Frank Onyeka, Abdul Zubairu, Tosin Kehinde, Tom Dele Bashiru, Nnamdi Ofoborh, etc.... Defence: Valentine Ozornwafor, Musa Mohammed. Gk: Dele Alampasu, Maduka Okoye. .... then we are good to go and Africa will have nothing on us at all in Egypt. Icon4s: 2 Likes |

Icon4s: Sorry 22 That is what I was saying na. We have Anemena for CHAN. I think he could also play for the Super Eagles right now. I think we have great depth in that position right now including Eze in Bulgaria and that lad at Chelsea. |

darkelf:Mikel had a great end to the season with Boro therefore he deserved to go to the AFCON. Yeah he didn't play well but he was the only DLP we had. In a way, his poor form coincidenced with Iwobi finally making the 10 spot his. Like a said time and time again, on paper the Mikel - Ndidi - Etebo mid was balanced on paper. I personally feel we might have beaten Algeria if Mikel was on form. Nothing like sentiments. Dude captained Boro a few times at the end of last season. |

COOL10:Rohr surely knows nothing about protecting a lead or to prevent conceding a goal late in a match. ..Yesterday's game confirmed it. It happened against Argentina in the WC, Cameroon in Afcon, Algeria and now against Ukraine. That man is just average at best, with very little or no intelligence. 2 Likes |

Something gives me so much confidence about our u23 defense....ALL ARE HOME BASE....in case foreign clubs refuse to release players...our backline is solid...that Nda and his partner...the two CBs...Lazarus improved from the shambolic display in Sudan...Duru was bombing forward too....our backline is good |

This team is looking good. I will suggest a few changes, mainly on the bench: 1 - Get a worthy back up to Iwobi. Eze will be the prime target, while we also keep an eye on Onomah's game in the championship 2 - Bring in Azubike as a back up to Ndidi. 3 - Let Aribo and Etebo rumble for that CM shirt, whoever does better, should be starting while the other sits. Even on the bench, give Ejaria a chance to keep the previous two on their toes. 4 - In the defense, get Tomori, since Balogun has refused to play. 5 - Last but not the least, once Ebuehi is fit, or Ehizibue is secured, move Aina to the left. He does better there, more than the natural LB, Collins. Collins should be a back up to Aina in the LB 1 Like |

Hanibal: You used the comparison of Costa not me now your trying to backtrack. Aggression on the field and aggressive bad behaviour are two different things. Encouraging a player to have arguments and contend aggressively with referee's is not wisdom but the opposite. Very foolish you just get sent off and let your team down. Very unprofessional, Osimhen should get a quite reprimand from Rohr for that. Costa with all his abilities had a Very bad disciplinary reputation. I am sure you don't want that fir Osimhen so early in his career. You are shooting yourself in.the foot. My write up is constructive criticism not comparison. We use older experienced players and the example they have set to learn from. You must know yourself as a player. Osimhen is not a physical player. Why become something you are not you are just setting yourself up to fail. But you have mischievously misconstrued my comments with your pre conceived notions. Emotive sentiment is the opposite of objectivity. You have indicted yourself because your comments are far from objective. 4 Likes |

MetalJigsaw: My view is that he takes the role of DM to another level in one move turning defence into attack. He drives the team forward, l can see why Gerrard likes him so much. The add the fact ha has very good vision reading of the game and very good passing range. Finally, not sure which is best foot equally competent with both feet. He contends with Ndidi IMO. |

excellent analysis boss. if i can chip in what made aribo's performance such a breath of fresh air was the way he transitioned from defence to attack a lot of our attacking moves. i don't think any player since okocha except for mikel occasionally used to do that consistently for us. i'm excited to see how he will combine with ndidi. yes iwobi is beginning to mature into the player he knows he can be but still has to back himself when he gets into decent goal scoring positions. if he had been really ruthless should have had scored at least one of his two chances. defence still gives up chances which i think is due to the average and above average quality of players we have available. only realistic addition who might add distinct quality is Tomori but even he is young and still developing his game and that's even assuming he wants to play for nigeria. LB needs more scouting Collins hasn't proven to me he's a long term pick for that role. i'm even doubtful he can be a stop gap. RB will be ok once tyrone regains full form and fitness. agree 100 % with all you said spot on your observation on samuel kalu who knows what might have been if we had a fully healthy kalu. tbaba1234:Neither Ndidi, Etebo nor Aribo has the passing range, we have in Zuby. Comparatively, Zuby is a playmaker. Zuby brings a sort of dominance and stability. A midfield that has Zuby will hardly colapse. Zubys' infusion into the current crop will set a lot of difference. 3 Likes |

MetalJigsaw: You just spoke mind. We can convert him to an AM in the SE. He is a very creative player and also loves moving into scoring positions. So we can play him as either a CM or an AM( If or when Iwobi get substituted) |
