How can we put it to rest. Buhari could not present any valid certificate..then .Garba said the fact someone have testified that Buhari attended the said school is enough (correct me if am wrong)

I'm sure you're not blind, it's just that your mind is already locked down to fantasy.

The constitutional requirement has been uploaded for you, yet you keep saying otherwise.

Maybe you should get an interpreter to read our that part in your native dialect.

Atiku's lawyers have no doubts in their minds that it's a dead issue as it has been repeatedly flogged in several decided cases yet illiterate minds will hold on to the fallacy being sold out to them.

Lawyers have started arriving the Court of Appeal in Abuja, venue of the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal, as the tribunal set to deliver judgment today, Igbere TV reports.

Our correspondent at the venue observed that several journalists and supporters of both parties involved (APC and PDP), have equally gathered at the door of the court hall, waiting for staff to open it.

There is heavy security presence (comprising of army, police, NSCDC) at the court premises, even as security operatives are taking their time to screen people seeking access to the court.

The tribunal is expected to resume at 9am as they decide the fate of PDP and its candidate Atiku Abubakar and President Muhammadu Buhari of the APC over the February 23 presidential election.

Igbere TV recalls that INEC had declared Buhari and the APC as winner of the election, having polled a total of 15,191,847 votes to defeat his closest rival, Atiku, who it said polled a total of 11,262,978 votes.

The five-man panel of justices of the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal, is headed by Justice Mohammed Garba, as Chairman.

The mistakes most of these people sounding like a broken record are making is that they want the Judge to go against the law to deliver judgment. No that's not possible; if you want this fixed, then fix your constitution. Before then you've got to accept the provision of the law here, and that's exactly what the tribunal is ditching.

Mumu ..in the case of my words-against-your Judges are at liberty to investigate if that will help in establishing justice...example Cambridge can NEVER respond to PDP inquiry but they will oblige if a competent court write them for confirmation.
My friend, take correction.
Judges don't go out of their way to investigate in order to establish or verify the truth about a case brought before them. That is tantamount to delving into the arena to make a case for one of the parties before them. If there is anything worthy of investigation or confirmation, it comes by way of application from a party that feels it will help their case.

The party that needs it makes application for an order of the court and the court can grant it. That's why an expert can be subpoenaed to come before the court to either throw more light on an issue or tender a document before the court.

It is at the instance of the party that feels the need for it. It is not for the court to do for any party on it's own, else the court will be making a case for a party against the other party before it.

Yes, the court will not 'write' Cambridge, WAEC or any Institution to come before it for any confirmation, if no party moves the court to do it.

The lead judge proceeds to list some of the allegations the PDP and Atiku raised in their petition: Compromised printing of election materials, manipulation of ballot boxes, manipulation of card readers, manipulation of accreditation and collation, manipulation of security agencies and militarisation of election, manipulation of election materials' delivery, arbitrary arrest of petitioners' supporters and massive thumb-printing of ballot papers.
