That’s crazy. I am a lady though and I had a 2.1 in civil engineering. Hopefully GCE doesn’t slash my CGA but I will try them out because I don’t even have time off from work to be doing any WAEC waka. Let’s pray yours is ready soon

Moshkom:

If your Degree is ‘somehow ok’ pls just run from WES bro. I’m begging you. I started my Evaluation since late June, this is September and still i’m Yet to get result. A lot of fund spent. My Application deadline submission is Oct 1. I’m very sure I won’t make the deadline due to this ‘WESing’ cry

Hello house, been doing my research for a second degree i saw virginia international university for Bus admin @ 5064 dollars/semester, to me thats on a cheap side, anyone who knows better offer lower than this probably, looking forward to comments

1. VIU is a small building private school

2. It's business program isn't accredited by AACSB or AABSP, Hence you will suffer for job after graduation

3.the school is unranked on major ranking sites like usnews

4. Its business program is unranked as well.

5. 5,064 per semester for tuition alone is still on high side. There are many state universities (tier 2) who has cheaper tutuitions. Schools like Alcorn State uni, Morgan state, and so on, do your research. My school (Southern arkansas University) offers 1,150 per 3units for out of state and international students. Doing 3 courses for masters per semester, you won't even pay up to 5k for tuition. And it's a state university, tier 2 with a ranked and accredited business school.

Just do your research, VIU doesn't worth it.

AVOID VIU LIKE A PLAGUE! Note; you will easily get their admit grin, but you will have the VO to wrestle with. Be guided!

1. All schools varies in cgpa, pre-exams, the best way to know is to engage Google and the school websites to know what you are required of. Basic requirements are cgpa of 2.5/4 and above, recommendation letters, LOP, exams like SAT, GRE, GMAT, TOEFL

2. there are over 5,000 accredited universities in the US, I am not sure anyone will be willing to start listing schools for you. Why not make your work easier?, just apply same principle as 1 above. Engage Google and search "cheapest out of state university in texas", when you are done, edit texas and replace michigan, ohio, Chicago, mississippi, arkansas, indiana, atlanta,

Continue your search like that state by state until you see your desired.

Now when you have list of options, go to usnews.com and compare the rankings as well as reviews.

Most schools have conditional and unconditional admissions.
You can doublecheck if the 3.0 is for unconditional admission, if yes, you may be considered for conditional if you have good GRE score and other parameters.

As for the non degree part, the school should be in the best position to clarify

Can someone post a website showing list of scholarships available

1. Except Grand Prairie offered u a guaranteed scholarship; there is no need applying to a school who will disturb your life with WES when u are not holding an HND.

2. Find other schools who don't require WES, that school is not the only school around. You and your friend might have applied to the same school but different department; n different department might ask for slightly different requirements.

3. Also avoid Florida A n M, and Florida State Civil engineering. Those ones will also disturb your life with WES.

Except they are asking u to come n collect funding, strike them out n find another school. Just my opinion. And please, apply to more than one school.

Hi everyone,

I need your help.

My younger sister’s visa was denied for the 2nd time in July. Major reason was that; the VO asked her what my plan after graduation was (I graduated on the 2nd of Aug 2019). *I think they saw it on there sys that I was graduating in Aug* But, she mistakenly mention to the vo that I planned to start my PhD in the fall. She actually prepared for a different response for that question.

That was my initial plan but later deferred my admission.

Please what can we do?
Is it possible not to include my name in her next application?
Please help a brother.

i would like to know if there is still available dates for interview from now till oct ending.

thanks for your response
Re: General USA Student Visa Enquiries-part 15 by Bleuocean: 7:53pm On Sep 12, 2019
Previously Refused - If you have been interviewed and/or refused within the last 2 months, please select “previously refused.” Applicants may be denied visas for false misrepresentation.

Regular

Previously Refused have dates in January 2020 while regular has October dates so for previously refused person within 3 days falls into what category?

It's just for fairness I think, people who had previously seen d VO should give others a chance to also have an interview.
