People be giving different advice on how-to on how to drop bp levels... 1st thing...the issues mostly arrises from nda stress, so all the eat fruits and listen to music that you are saying is funny. all the advice you've given cannot work because of the conditions we would be subjected to in the screening. no phones, no fruits, only nda water and jugging |

sikowitz17:That's d fact, can u remember when a candidate ask CO MC that we are in d sun now and our BP will go up, d man said yes that's when they will know who is fit and unfit, so they are doing those tinx to record more casualties deliberately.... |

KODACK:No phones, no outside communication, etc selfies were taken the day we were disqualified or before entering the gate for the commencement of screening...and people that passed it are just stronger, lucky or simple, it was their time. |

I'm not one to come and discourage people to tell them the dangers of the job cos most of these officers that are in service only really discovered the real dangers of the job after they were commissioned. So please if you feel you can do this, carry on and apply and if you get to a point where you can't take it anymore, drop honorably....all these crusaders screaming they have the passion and are asking you to deregister is because they think it would give them a better chance if lesser people apply...Sometimes, you discover true power when you are put in certain situations...passion is key but never put anybody down cos you think it'll help you get in..The 3 guys and 1 lady that made it in my state just applied casually and we were the ones convincing them to stay and not leave the screening...now they are gallant as anything..cracked and Packard. This is an individual race, if it's yours, nothing can stop you from getting it....so guys apply, and hopefully meet again in Kaduna for the second trial. |

sampet555:it's good to take in water and probably try taking a deep breath. Helps with anxiety When my mum died I almost fainted. Doctor quickly gave me a bottle of water to drink and asked me to take a deep breath. I believe as long as you don't have BP as a sickness and it's just out of anxiety or shock, it's controllable |

KODACK:Honestly the only place I can work without thinking of leaving is the military. Even d small job I have now, I've already started my own side business planning to leave one day. You need to see me when our national anthem is being played or sang. I always have goose bumps. If I don't get to serve in the military, I will play ball (I'm old for that though), probably start representing Nigeria in martial art, be a politician etc I must wear our flag on my chest with pride I want to one day be told "thank you for your service" |

raphtunde:Page 2 shey. Let me try and briefly explain sir. Some fruits produces lots of potassium and calcium which reduces the effectiveness/potency of the drugs......thats the reason. There are some drugs as well that you will be instructed not to use multivitamins until you have completed the usage of the drugs. Food as well...... One quick example, you don't use milk when you are on antibiotics.......there are many more examples tho, manage dis one |
