Brace up everyone, i just looked at Shell website and turns out application for other countries is open till January 2020.

Honestly, it is really a long time. Oh well - it is well.

I noticed that my application says 7th September and the deadline for my submission of odvi was 7th September... Dos that have done d odvi check if u will notice dsame thing

I think they are doing it departments by departments, most people who have received mails are in the technical department.

Tips for the On-Demand Video Interview
- Use a full stomach;
- Speak slowly;
- Limit your personal contact or media;
- Clean your camera lens;
- Tailor the model answers to the Company;
- Use a notepad to minimize rambling;
- Have your resume in front of you;
- Look presentable;
- Switch off your phone – charge your laptop;
- Have a stable set up, a nice clean background, minimal noise as possible;
- Check your technology before the D-day;
- Don’t do it a day before the deadline;
- Treat the opportunity as if you are in front of the employer;
- Use the sample interview on Hirevue;
- Read the job description;
- Be confident;
- Know what problem the company solves for its consumer;
- Understand the company’s value proposition: read about other International Oil Companies;
- Familiarize yourself with the Company’s history;
- Have some answers already.

I got your notification via email. My mail carries my full name. I would rather we communicate this way.

I don't remember them exactly but most of them were situational, that is, how you would act in particular situations. You were supposed to give context to these questions as recommended by the interviewer (the Shell Graduate).

Monsoon could provide more clarity.

someone previously confirmed that they responded saying they are still reviewing applications. I'm sure that's the same thing you would get. Just be patient. Shell recruitments I'm the past were somewhat much longer than this. Only 2017 recruitment was relatively fast. Did you apply for a technical role?
