No matter what anybody may want to tell you, USA remains the number one nation with the highest opportunity for anybody determined to survive to find his or her bearing in life, financially.

Whether you are legal or illegal migrant in US, you can get a job, at worst an odd job which pays far better than professional jobs in Nigeria and most countries.

As a matter of fact, 90% or more of the Nigerians living in US and forming big or those you think are rich in Nigerian mentality are doing non professional jobs and odd jobs.

The highest professional jobs Nigerians do in US is nursing and medical relates jobs, the rest are doing odd jobs yet they earn better than most managers and directors of reputable companies in Nigeria.

So long as you are ready to work you will get job in US, at worst you get paid $5 per hour which is rare.

Any jobless person in US is either lazy or ex convict who have been blacklisted or someone with several bad records in previous jobs yet the person can still get odd jobs that will make him live an average life that maybe compared to those living in Nigeria's overhyped Lekki.

USA is a land of dreamers where all dreams come to reality. Whatever your dream is, you can achieve it in US if you are ready to work for it.

The difference between USA and Nigeria and most other nations is, in US, when u put in hard work, you will reap the fruit, you will see the result clearly visible in your financial life but in Nigeria you can be working extra hard more than a donkey without any visible result in your financial life, sadly


So any Nigerian who isn't making at least 150k as a single lady or guy, or at least 200k as a married man or at least 150k as a married lady, please if you see an opportunity to travel to US or Canada, Australia, or any other European country legally, please do it and don't listen to anybody telling you to stay in Nigeria, don't mind them, travel and see for yourself, if its not okay for you, you board flight and head back to Nigeria.

Americans are more comfortable with Latinos working as house cleaners for them is because they are more than African immigrants living in the US doing those types of jobs.

Aside from Nursing, medical related jobs are also Pharmacist, Medicine, Ultrasound/CT Scan/ x-ray Technicians are all the highest professional jobs that most Nigerians do in the US.

Why shouldn't we judge? Yes, he could be Homeless because he is a drug Addict, that is self inflicted, I managed to stay Away from drugs and Alchohol here in Miami. why couldn't he? If he has a criminal record, that's also self inflicted. some of us here Managed to stay away from crimes, why didn't he?

There has been a housing crisis in America for years with LA and new york being the worse hit which is why the tiny house movement is taking a fast speed. But as a migrant ,you should know you didn't go to another man's country to count bridge and work extra hard. But if he has no valid documents getting even a cleaner job will be difficult.

true, only a sound mind can withstand challenges. Most homeless people fall to drugs as consolation they dont know they are only worsening their case and reducing their chances of getting out of their situation.
