It takes over a month at least for the funds to be available. Like @olujastro said , it depends on how fast you finish your police registration and get you Social security number then open a bank account, mine got ready in October (3months)

And again, there is no restriction when the funds get to your account, you can send any amount to any account anywhere you like

Admission of MSc in Norway usually begins in October down to February ending.. Depending on availability of admission placements by schools... You tend to have good chances if u have a good result at first degree... If u happen to come out with second class lower... I will advise you go for less competitive courses.. You might be lucky

Q: This 5million naira been deposited for visa/embassy study permit; Can it be withdrawn back after all necessary paperwork has been done on arrival in Norway and sent back to Nigeria comfortably? Say 3 months time??

Bros when I tell you something, you just need to accept it because I've got at least travel history... I've been to Dubai and China about to relocate to Norway, secondly I've an elder biologic brother who's a specialist Nurse in Norway and he has been in the country for more than 12 years now ( you know what that means in terms of getting vital information from him) 3rdly, Norway is not a member of EU so is not an European country but Sweden is. however, Norway is part of schengen countries do your research well Bro. we're now in the 21st digital century, just pick up your phones and bomb Google with questions and research and you will get enough answers. there are a lot of things I researched myself without asking my brother that is resident in Norway. what I do is just to tell him " this is this and that is this in Norway and he will say yes" because is job doesn't give him much time to chat for long. so use your phone and check it. Norway is located in the northern most hemisphere of course we have about 7 continents in the world and you must belong to one of them as a Nation, so when you check on Google, they classify Norway as being a country in Europe but if you mingle with them, they will tell you they're on their own with lots of mountain and lake it borders iceland

I'm not quarrelling with you bro, we learn everyday. if you check world map, you will notice that Iceland and Norway are situated far from other European countries but situated close to Sweden and Denmark ( generally call Scandinavia) for instance Germany which is in western ( the most central European country) Europe has a short distance interconnections with Czech republic, Belgium, Austria, France and Netherland and you can easy travel to all these countries using train or road than travelling to Norway via the aforementioned routes. Norway is surrounded by water ( Atlantic ocean and Norwegian sea) even to go to the neighbouring Scandinavian countries, you go by land or air or water... let me just say Norway is in Europe and not in Europe. I can remember a Norwegian friend I met in Guangzhou early last year, then I called her " European buddy" she smiled and said she prefers being referred to as Scandinavian than the aforementioned European Buddy ".. so in general, Norway lies on Europe ( Yes geographically they lie on Europe " but far away from" but politically, they don't accept they're Europeans, they prefer the noun " Scandinavian" thanks.... I like this platform because we share ideas and knowledge. God bless us all

bros if you read my chats and understand it, you will know we're on same track. Just as the UK is trying to secede from EU, via the platform of BREXIT . does it now mean that if they succeed, they're no longer in Europe?. when I started this conversation, I said earlier on that we have 7 continents in the world Europe, Africa, Asia, N/America, S/America Antarctica and Australia and a nation must be on one of the continents... so read my write-ups very well before you jump into issues....please let's forget about this issue of geographic location and political perception of a thing and discuss about how to enter the country which is the most important thing. the location of Norway will neither put food on our table nor bring money to us. what I want to hear is that everyone yearning to go there has entered the country!

Norway runs central admission system and admission portal for most schools opens on the 15th of October through 15th of December, make sure you get all your documents ready and lunch your applications. Admission is competitive so apply to many schools to be on the safer side. Good luck!
