I lived in Cyprus for four years before moving to Germany. My brother, save your money and go to a better country: Canada, Australia, U.S, Germany or any other country in western Europe with lots of job opportunities; even U.K has started allowing foreign students to stay back and look for a job after graduating, so you can look there as well.

I would never advice my enemy to go to Cyprus; total waste of funds. No jobs after you graduate except you want to carry cement on your head from 8-5pm and that place is the headquarters of capitalism. Absolutely nothing is free, no scholarship or stipends. Plus its like a prison, once you get in, to leave for a better place could take you years.

Think well my brother, like so many stuck on the island of Cyprus, you may never have this chance again.

North Or South Cyprus , Don't try any of the two. You cant get a good work here and even the Schools here are ready to exploit u and dry your skin. This Country is only recognised by Turkey and they only survive through trade , education and tourism. Believe me, Turkish people are dubious , They have nothing to offer u. Why so "bitter"? from your tone I can tell u lived in the Republic of Cyprus. Unless you lived there before the turn of the millennium then I'm probably your predecessor there. I used to hold somewhat strong opinions too. But whether the world accepts it or not, the TRNC has all arms of statehood irrespective of international acceptance. So while I see your position, it just has to be accepted that the occupied North is for all intents and purposes a state in its own right albeit a pseudo-state

My brother you made the best decision leaving since you had the means to try somewhere else as soon as you got there. But for some of us, we had to wait and gather ourselves before leaving for better places.

I lived at that terminal too, close to Casino Royal Hotel.

The only place of relevance there is Girne. Aside that, total dead zone. You are standing and looking at the south of Cyprus but you cannot go in due to their useless disagreements.

Heard the south is even worse for students sef especially in terms of jobs.

And I’m advising the guy not to make the same mistake, some people who collect commission from the universities to bring students want to pick fights with me here.
