Comedian Ogusbaba becomes a landlord and house owner after acquiring a mansion in the area of Lekki, Lagos.

Ogubaba referred to him as a local Warri boy after securing a new mansion in Lekki, the excited comedian also recounts the first rent he paid for two years in Enugu.
