What had happened? I told you that you will get your AM by wed the latest.
Hamburg takes 23 days after your interview to release AM whether funded or not. Did you have any challenge? was there anytime you were contacted regarding any issues. Its not supposed to be. Let know if any issues so we can know how to tackle
bros there's no one straight rule to this thing nothing don happen even if alien office reply embassy na them get final say if them wan release her AM or both and also if he or she has funded if U have not funded it's not a must they release the AM to you without funding so I will advise you try fund as U have entered five weeks so

No response yet. I wasn't contacted and I kept tracking on DHL to see if it is a rejection. I mailed the alien office on 16th and they told me to send my message in German which I did on 17th. I sent another message again to both the embassy and the alien office this morning in German and no response yet. I don't know what else to do

have you funded is no then do the needful if yes calm down no need to panic

Please any idea how long it takes Kiel to send AM? Again, has anyone had interview in Abuja between 27/28 August and gotten AM yet?.
Thanks
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 7 by computaholicGoc(m): 5:34pm On Sep 20, 2019
Not compulsory but I will say it’s important. Many have graduated and even have a good job with no german Lang skills.

Onyi2728:

It depends on if you gained admission to a uni that charges no tuition in Germany. You only need a blocked account of about 4million.
Fees are paid in most schools in Ireland. and the least I think about 8,000 euros

Also if you don't speak the language, it might be difficult to get a foothold as soon as you arrive Germany and try to find a Job. The people are a bit weird here to be honest.

Long story short. its probably cheaper to live and study in Germany but LEARN THE LANGUAGE OOOO IT IS COMPLUSORY!!

Pls has any Nigerian that studied or worked in Benin and has a valid resident permit been able to have a successful student visa interview and got visa from the German embassy at Cotonou?
Is just the resident permit enough to go for the interview or other documents are also required?
Lastly, is funding compulsory before the interview it can be done after?

Pls, I need urgent answers, thanks

You yourself know that someone that fits your exact description does not exist until you grin

maybe he might not have studied and worked in Benin or edo state grin

Your conscience is judging you hard grin

It has asked you to prove if someone from your locale has tried it

Patience. Kiel Alien office is usually slow. I even got my AM after my enrollment deadline hence missing winter semester. I am sure they will get back to u.

Good evening everyone. Please a friend of mine needs help. He is going to Paderborn while his fiancée also has admission to a different school (Bremen). They had planned that their wedding would be after their visa interview if not for the itch and delay in getting appointment dates. Now their wedding will be 2 weeks earlier before their interview at the Consulate (due to late appointment dates). The problem now is that they don't know whether to appear for the interview as singles or as married. They want to know the pros and cons. Even me I don't know so I told him I would help him ask here. What should they do please?

It doesn’t work like that. Sometimes it’s relative to your visa officer ( or say the person handing ur file ). 5 weeks is still not late.
builderperry:
Please, is there anyone here that had his/her interview between 19-23 of August, going to HAMBURG and have gotten a response (Am)? I am in my 5th week and very worried. Thank you

Student visa appointment is usually per head. I doubt if both will be allowed to go in same time for the interview. Paderborn and Bremen are in different States ie NRW and Bremen respectively and their fate will be decided differently. I still think it’s per head. Just my thoughts anyway.

It's better dey postpone all talks of marriage and meet in Deutschland and start over.

Not only is Bremen in an entirely different state to nrw but it's too late in plans for the two of them to start thinking of changing status from single to married. Dey know all this

They're quite okay. if you're lucky, you will get easier questions. it's just that local man has been out of class for few years.
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 7 by computaholicGoc(m): 6:07pm On Sep 20, 2019
Don’t see it that way. There are so many things you have liberty to do which they don’t have.

Just do the right thing, work hard, finish ur studies. Few years from now. You will see the difference. The country rewards hardwork. As for the free Lang course. Most companies offer you free Lang course when u start working. Remember to add it when negotiating.

Thank me later. Maybe in two years wink

Let me highlight things not important to bring or things easily obtainable here.

Rice( even milk rice avail cheesy), tin tomatoes. Better to buy most of ur clothings in Nigeria until you start earning in euros cheesy. Just chat a friend if u have doubt of what to bring because the list can go on and on.

Please for those who are in Germany for a while now, I would like to ask what are the important things one needs to travel with. And also like to know the things one can get easily there instead of taking much loads when traveling to Germany.

Anxiety fear doubts. In truth this germany waka is really treacherous and just one mistake and 6months will pass you by. She needs closure of some sort from peers she can identify as being in her ideal situation

Travelling with Palm oil is a tricky thing. If you're lucky and the officials don't see it, you can scale through. But if you're unlucky and they see it, then they'll take it and trash it.
My sister was travelling with 4 liters of palm oil to Ukraine and they took it from her.
