I’m presently at cross roads between attending an interview with Uba or commencing a training with Access bank same monday.

I need your sincere advice because I don’t want to loose both ways.

A 'b' at hand is better than 2 in brah. Training and Interview are 2 different thing. If i were you, i will go for the former.

Training with access bank. But make sure you pass their exams. Access bank is one of the best banks in Nigeria.

Access pays *3 of what UBA pays for a graduate trainee then career growth is faster at Access.

If you are in for Access bank graduate trainee programme... Go for it. The UBA job should be 80k job.

The both Jobs are obviously on contract terms. Ignore both and start reapplying online starting Monday for another JOB.

I'd prefer the Access bank option anyways, the interview is always a 50-50 chance.
Don't lose on both ends, the training should be about 100% chance.

Start business.

Are u kidding me? Go for ur training with access. I wud even go for an interview with access than a training with uba.

Also uba is saturated bt Access is expanding so theres more potential for growth as a newbie bt at uba u will need to struggle more with old dogs to deserve promotion. This is besides the fact access is in fast growth projection rite now.

It depend on the training you want to start with access bank.

I am sure if it's a graduate training you want to start with access bank, you won't be asking us this question.

It's your choice, we can only contribute, but what you want to do is already in your mind.

How can you even compare UBA with Access? Access is far better in terms of career growth and remuneration. Moreover, what's the offer at Access? Frontline or ET?
