I'm 21, a female and i still bedwet have done so many things to stop this but it seems all my effort are fruitless am tired of living my life like this.

I even cut down my intake of food and water,
I've used so many herbal treatment it seems all is not working please nairalanders I need your help is there anything you think i can do...this whole thing need to stop.
This as been going on since childhood

If natural : it'll go on its own. The only thing that can help you is anxiety added to liquid or carbohydrate intake control. It'll stop over time. You could still pray about it.
If you guess it's not natural, seek spiritual help. Can never be ruled out.

She needs medical attention that is just the truth, it might be the case of a small bladder size or urinary tract infection.

small or weak bladder, too much oxeygen in the blood , try donating some blood and ask the nurse to open the air nipple in the blood bag to release excess blood bubbles , if she reports excess air in the blood then that can be fixed with a certain injection , don't know the name though.

I posted the following advice on another thread a few days. I think it's apposite in your case as well:
He doesnt have to be apologetic, because it's not a deliberate act on his part. You should not give up on him. We were able to overcome a similar situation by perseverance. Stopping eating and drinking long before going to bed is important. If 7 pm is not working reduce it to 6 pm or even earlier. He should take very little drink or even nothing around that time. Secondly, he shouldn't go to bed early, maybe he should wait until at least 10pm. By this time, hopefully he would have emptied his bladder. He must always go and pee before going to bed - very important. Next, please wake him up at least once to go and pee. This approach worked in our own case. It would also work for him, but he must be consistent and you all should be sympathetic and continue to help him. Good luck.

Have you tried kegel (pelvic floor) exercise?

It helps strengthen the bladder if done regularly.

You just have to be patient and consistent. In 2-3 months you should start seeing results.

Please do your research. YouTube preferably.
