I think you should use alarms...if you sleep early - let's say 9pm consciously set alarms at a time. Lets say every 3-4hours.
With time your body will get accustomed to it and you will wake up at those times to wee

Exercise? She is lazy o, and she is kinda chubby and she doesn't get slim when she hardly eats and she never lose weight even when she eat once in a day

Then (from personal experience), when about to pee, identify up to 3 colors of nearby objects before you do it, at least, you will be more conscious of whether you are dreaming or not

You have a hormone issue where it can't regulate urine production during sleep time. Vasopressin production is supposed to increase when sleeping to suppress urine production hence bedwetting.

No cure yet though you can take medication.
