He came to a public platform to lament the state of his department. he is presenting his case to us, the public, and we cant get through up to one sentence without being assaulted by one grammatical blunder or the other. And when it was pointed out to him, he couldnt even modify it; in fact he continued to argue

If he writes an assignment for a lecturer, and the person is overlooking his mistakes to get the meaning, thats because the lecturer is looking for particular key-points which are more urgent in that context. And even at that, at a point, with writing as shoddy as this, he will have to remove some marks for poor communication
Why do you guys keep making excuses for the wrong thing..he should proof-read his writing before he posts an academic complaint, is it how he will continue until he graduates? we have a lot of problems in this country

because the above quoted seem to be somewhat exaggerated and no I dont think he is right in anyway but if you could see past your point and just read what I posted earlier you would find out my view was based on the fact he was COMMUNICATING something to you which you however aren't concerned about, if his choice or use of words were that bad that it somehow uttered it's meaning say like how not putting a comma where it ought to be practically changes the rhythm or intent of a written or given statement then and only then YOU SHOULD AND CAN BEGIN TO GET WORRIED ABOUT THE POSTER.


THE IDEA IS COMMUNICATION ITSELF NOT THE LANGUAGE BY WHICH IT IS ACHIEVED, IF THE POSTER FAILS IN COMMUNICATION THEN YOU CAN AS WELL AS I CAN, QUERY HIS LANGUAGE IN THIS SITUATION.

Please don't say "public institutions in African countries".You can say many public institutions in Nigeria. I'm presently studying in South Africa and we are using Harvard Standard here. Even in that Nigeria, there are many public institutions that still post student's results online. Don't say for other, talk for your institution.

Don't you think there should be a comma after your "moreover" in the fourth paragraph.

Laslas education for naija na scam, non of our universities in Nigeria makes the top 100 list of best university in Africa, not to talk of the world, our university certificates are not recognized even in other countries in Africa, not to talk of the world, u go through all this trouble to graduate and come out with a good grade, yet no job.

During the early years of Winston Churchill, his elementary school teacher reported that Winston was a dull child, daft as he said and useless , he will never surmount to anything in life ,
He ended up becoming a war time prime minister of England, the structure and intelligence he provided was second to none in England as the british could hardly hold it's fragile military .

When you see results such like this in Nigerian institutions it reveals one thing - the lecturers are dull and have a lower IQ than the students
