Use vitamin c 1.5mls three times a day for a week.
Also Ensure you keep her hydrated by constantly breastfeeding.

Hi Everyone, I'm having a little concern about my baby girl. She's a year and three months old but she eat like a three year old.. She has food attachment which scares me alot for her own sake .. Secondly she's always hyper active from morning till night. Always going from one place to the other scattering stuffs all over the house like she doesn't get tired and I don't know how she's getting all that energy. She hardly sleep during the day.. Is there anyway I can help her please.. Fatherly concern.

I doubt if there is anything you can do now at that age. She's innocent and just exploring. Generally, children of this age are mostly like that.

About how she's getting all that energy cheesy did you not say she eats alot? That's alot energy to be generated cheesy cheesy in all, just flow with her for now. Trust me, you will be happier that way

You should be happy she eats a lot, as long as its healthy food and not junk.

About the hyper activity and scattering, she's just being her age. Try to sha set a regular sleeping time every day. My daughter is the same way both with the eating and playing, but she sleeps mid day- 2 pm or more everyday. Even the days she doesn't want to, i make her lie down and cry while i tap her back until she sleeps, that's the only way to get any sanity during the day, plus she gets cranky if she doesn't sleep.

Congrats and welcome. Sebamed is very good, one of the best you can use for your babies, though they're expensive and you have twins, but if you don't mind the price...

Pls mummies does SMA GOLD makes baby ooo? I was giving my babies aptamil but Dr recommends SMA GOLD or them but I notice my babies now poo I started giving them yesterday night.
Re: NEW BORN BABIES! Are U A New Mum? Then Lets Discuss Babies Here!!!!! by hunniesuzie: 3:49pm On Oct 08, 2019
Poo how often? What is the consistency of the poo? Is it like egusi? Also why did the doctor ask you to change? If Aptamil is working for you (financially) and for them (palatable) then I don't see the problem

re sebamed, it is currently VERY VERY scarce. I suggest you don't start what you cannot finish. The rash may just be baby acne which is normal in newborns. What soap do you use currently?

I don't know which one is the normal sebamed but if it has nothing about babies written on it, then don't use it for them, I learnt that the hard way cheesy. You can use Aveeno.

Both my kids also got a rash when they were a few days old, I used baby tribotan for it but even if you ignore it, it would clear on its own too after a while.

It's normal to have doubts especially for a baby as young as yours. Just try to find a good creche. If possible find one close to your office so you can drop by during the day.

Once you find a good creche, they would take care of your baby. You just have to tell them how you want him to be fed and changed and they would do that. The worst that can happen is that they may not carry him every single time he cries, but that would make him less clingy, making it easier for you at home.

I'd suggest you avoid 'one man business' kinds of creche. Find one attached to a school and make sure the creche is located in such a way that other people can see what goes on in the creche (not tucked away at the back of the school with no cameras). The nanny there should have an assistant or two depending on how many kids they're handling. Check for ones that have rockers, swingers, play pens, things that can keep your baby comfortable all through the day, since he doesn't move around much for now.

Thank you so much Ma. I do appreciate this. One more thing. He is on EBF but I don’t want to express and give to them at the creche, please what feeding bottle would be best for the formula. And I hope this decision is okay Ma. Thank you.

By the grace if God we don’t have issues in regards to buying aptamil Dr said SMA gold has more nutrients than aptamil and feeds babies well.the poo is like egusi.and like 3trice daily sometimes very little...do you suggest i gnome the rash now or the sebamed soap...currently I use Johnson head to toe for my babies and the powder... pls any better and baby friendly soap kindly recommend thank you ma.

Pls stop using powder on ur baby until atleast 6 mths.Egusi poo is normal.Rashes generally go away on their own but if u are bothered, tribotan or sudocreme or cacatin can clear the rash.

You pocket will heavily influence what you get for your baby.ppl use cussons, aveeno, johnson, boots etc.choose one and stick to it. smiley smiley

Hope it helps
