decargne: Locking your funds at 13.58% yield for 5 years is not very interesting, considering that treasury bills can give you 15% for a shorter tenor 1 Like |

Please is it possible to top-up my stanbic mutual fund directly from my stanbic ibtc account through the mobile app? How do i go about it? |
Re: Mutual Funds by NicoKator: 1:44am On Oct 08, 2019 |
Yes, it's possible, just go to your STANBICIBTC app and click on transfer, input the first Trustee stanbic acc No, then put your mutual fund account No(Client personal No) in the Narration or Remark space provided. Then send, that is all, they will confirm your transaction via email. |

Good day,,, please can someone help me with the email address of FBN quest Asset Management. I made a payment since last week Friday and it has not reflected in my account. I have called and emailed my account officer all to no avail. I think I have to escalate it |
Re: Mutual Funds by olujaidi: 5:32pm On Oct 08, 2019 |
emmanuelewumi: ccu@fbnquestmb.com You can also request your statement to confirm that it truly hasn't been posted. I think that going forward, you should also send proof of payment to their Ccare 1 Like |

olujaidi: They just sent my statement of account, after sending them emails to that effect yesterday morning and this morning which they never sent to me. Until I sent another not too friendly email at the close of business today at 5pm. And after coming here to get email addresses in order to escalate the issue. Surprising at 5.50pm, my statement of account was sent to me, reflecting the fund but the fund was posted today. |
