Please my people, i have 3 months to spare before i probably jaapa and I really want to learn how to cook and bake, is it feasible (the time frame) and how best can I learn? I went to a cooking school at ilupeju but it was crazily expensive and the women where staring at me somehow so I left, can anyone recommend an affordable but good training school? I try to use YouTube but my seasoning doesn't always gel it's either to salty, over seasoned or bland.

Continue watching you tube videos, and never stop cooking. Learning how to cook doesnt just start in one day, and you definitely don't get perfect in one day. Continue with it till you're able to get just about the right seasoning that suits you. Even the expert cooks on here didn't start in one day, but rather several years. At the same time, even the best cooks have bad days when the salt is too much or too little.

Any difference between the powdered one (oha) and the freshly cooked one. Do they taste the same? Which is preferable?
