My interview transcript
And I land Lagos on Sunday 06/102019 by 11:23pm for my interview on 07/10/2019.
I woke up by 3:15 am and slept back I still woke up by 3:35 am and I tried to sleep again I woke up by 4:12am then go through what I jotted down then had my bath and set out to embassy by 5:34 and by 6:02am I'm at the embassy.
I joined the cue by 6:23am and by 6:44am paulinus called first 4 student and I was second and our documents were checked and arranged and I was ushered inside by 6:57am.
After waiting for hours because they only have one VO on duty before they drafted 2 more to join him by few minutes pass 2pm and my interview was by 4pm

After collecting all documents and all.

Why this course?
Why Germany?
Why not UK or America?
Why not Nigeria?
Plans after studies?
He always cuts in because he was fast and wants to attend to others waiting. Then he said you left school since 2015 hence your memory is still fresh and he gave me test, its maths and physics, out of the 8 or 9 I did not answer 3 questions but I answered others correctly

I did my interview on the 25th of Sept. I went with confirmation of €8,829 and I got an e-mail the next day to top up. I made the top up and sent them the confirmation on the 5th of Oct.
I didn’t receive any email from them confirming the receipt of my email which I have sent like 3 different times.
I’m thinking of sending it though fax or going to the consulate to drop it off. This waiting time is kinda hard as I check and refresh my email almost every minute.
For those who had similar experience, do you think the email I have sent is enough of I should drop the hard copy at the consulate?
Did you receive any email back from the consulate acknowledging that they have gotten your email?

I just cancelled and rebooked immediately...there was no interval,I got a no reply address mail with confirmation about 10mins later.....try using the cancellation link again and use chrome.thanks. never heard of any interval to rebook

Hello everyone in the house, please I'm new here and I sincerely need advice. I want to apply for studies in German University but I don't have B.Sc. What I have is HND. Though I've read through, and seen that I can go for Undergraduate studies with my HND. But I was recently informed by some friends that the embassy is now denying visa for people who are 30 years old and above. Is this true? And if it is true, what should I do as I'm already in my early 30s? Is there anything I can do about it? Please, I appreciate advises from anyone in the house who knows how the system works. Thanks

Yes, someone did. But I need a little more clarification. I've seen two guys (above 30) who were rejected. They were told they are not sure their intentions is genuinely to study. Heard this is a recent development though, that's why I'm asking for more clarification especially from HND holders in the house

1. It depends on what the school specifically asks for. Some schools would say that certification must be done at the German embassy, while some others may prefer any high court. Just stick to their preferred one. But if you are in Lagos, you may want to seriously consider the German embassy. Its free afterall

2. Yes you can send a student copy and all your documents enclosed in a file to Uni-assist yourself. Thats what most of us on the thread do. It wont pose a problem.

3. Yes, you can send student copy to them as well

So it is only age that can be that rejection narration? what if the person is unable to convince or show seriousness on the day of interview? You dont think it could also result to that rejection statement?

Pls how did you know alien office approved? Because they don't mention that @builderperry ... They just say they have sent their comments and pls contact the embassy

(I have just submitted my statement to the German diplomatic mission the foreign mission will decide on the visa application and inform you afterwards .. I ask you to be patient till then...best regards)

You mean photocopy transcript? . I saw that the envelope should be enclosed on uni-assist mail. Is it the high court that will do that ?
