Pls I need clarity as per SEVIS number and SEVIS fee, my brother was denied for fall session and we defer his admission to spring 2020, on getting his new I-20 we discovered the SEVIS number has be changed and will contacted the school only to be told the previous SEVIS number has be cancelled and he will need to pay another SEVIS fee. Am confused.

Is it how it’s done now? Is it possible will transfer the new SEVIS number?

I don’t need to ask anybody, I’m in the US as well; getting a graduate degree, so I know how it works.

I’m just trying to curb your blanket statement on reasons why he/she won’t get into a program because of how competitive the application Pool can be.

If you have WES evaluation of your GPA try to apply to WES schools.Try take TOEFL and you may attempt to do GMAT.Most business schools accepts GMAT and that is if you want to do a Masters in Business Admin.

It depends, when did you pay the SEVIS fee? if it is more than a year, definitely you need to pay another one. if it is not up to a year that you made the payment then it is still valid. SEVIS fee is not valid forever.

Is very quite unfortunate that I got denied for the fifth time in this spring 2019 after so many effort tried.
Now am planning on deferring into spring 2020
,all the necessary requirements needed from my school has been provided except another new statement of account they're seriously demanded from me before my deferral application will be accepted.
I saw a link of scholarships there in my school website, is there any requirements needed for scholarship rather than my previous credentials they already have with them, which are
