Not all that glitters are gold. The GMD (ADE OGUNDEYIN) his the owner of the company.He called himself a pastor in one of the most famous and respected church in Nigeria. His actions and attitude are satanic. This man sack anybody at will, he doesn't care, no human feelings. The company has a unit at that PROFORCEDEFENCE at ode-remo called (Helmet and Vest). This man others the immediate termination of 95% of the staff in that unit last year without paying them. This year he opted to sack other staff members of the unit but they all stood their ground that they must be paid if they should go before reversing his decision. All PROFORCE staff at Ode-Remo are seriously suffering. You can work for three month, he will pay you one month. Nearly all staff are living on loans from different Financial institutions. Sometimes they could not payback the money, they send nasty mails and embarrassed them. The man has three branches of PROFORCEDEFENCE in Nigeria. Portharcourt branch is a mini office with less than fifteen staff, they have a unit called detoshipyard with may be Five staff, no production taking place there. There is another one at Abuja, nothing much is there, they practically used the Abuja branch for marketing deceiving the so called diplomatic organisations and international embassy around abuja. The man has another company called SUN METALS that company is moribund due to his greed and insatiable quest for money. He owed staff in that company for close to seven months without paying them. just last year, he ordered 99% be sacked and just pay them two months salary promising to pay others in the future. Some expertriate in that company were almost commuting suicide because of the harsh condition he placed them. Many months of no salary, and no means of traveling back to their country. The man owned VAULT and GARDEN where dead people are buried in some famous state in Nigeria. at Lagos, ikoyi, Kelli etc. He also has a cleaning company called OLAKLEEN LIMITED which gave birth to all the above company. The most honest advise for any one dreaming, praying and fasting to work at PROFORCEDEFENCE and other subsidiaries of ADE OGUNDEYIN is to have a serious rethink and stop dreaming.
