by next year, if this one somehow blows now, and he's called up to whichever foreign team his other nationality is, he will say nobody spoke to him about featuring for the Eagles.

Good to know Iwobi has continued from where Mikel stopped in England. Perhaps, if Mikel was still in Chelsea, he would have convinced Fikayo to feature for us. Iwobi is stepping up and being a leader, future captain.

Iwobi kinda likes Nigeria in a way that baffles me

But Philip Billing never wanted to play for Nigeria

He is yet to debut for Denmark's Snr team but have been invited couple of time. His heart is set on playing for Denmark so we should let him be

Eze will play for 9ja I'm sure of that. Saka should be next to be approached before southgate swoops in.

Southgate should build with what he has rather than jumping into capping kids of dual citizenship just for the aim to tie them down. No matter how many they cap England can't win the next euro and fifa world cup and also they can't have them all.

I'm glad a player like Iwobi is doing his best in talking to some of these guys.

#BRANGA: Throwback moment

Victor Osimhen (now at LOSC Lille) vs Eder Militao (now at Real Madrid CF) at the Chile 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup. Nigeria won the Quarterfinal game 3-0.

Sunday, they meet again. Osimhen will start. Militao may start from the bench or who knows? May come in from the start of Tite wanna shuffle his XI a little.

Onuachu, Osimhen, Simon Lead Top 5 Performers In Super Eagles Training Ahead Of Brazil Friendly

Victor Osimhen – No doubt he is in the best form of his life. He wasn’t just lively he was also deadly and scored a very good goal using his body strength to hold off his marker before finishing on the turn.

Paul Onuachu – He looks the only real threat to Osimhen in the attack. His awareness in the box is second to none and his over six foot frame gives him an edge over the defenders he was up against. The manner which he played with his back to goal was very impressive all through the session.

Moses Simon – Dribbled his way out of tight corners with ease ‎and linked up well with Tyronne Ebuehi who played as his left fullback. His fitness looks like the best among the players as he didn’t stop running during the session.

Samuel Chukwueze – Played with lot of caution and not his usual explosive style. Passed the ball really quick and also put in a shift defensively. Almost scored with a deft chip before the end of the session.

Alex Iwobi – Hard not to mention his all action style of play. Link the defence and attack well in his role as number ten. The manner which he released the ball under pressure twice set up counter attack for the team he played for during the session. Looked very lively all through.

No Etebo, No Problem – How Rohr Lined Up Eagles Midfield During Training Ahead Of Brazil Friendly

The Super Eagles of Nigeria are presently having their first full training session ahead of Sunday friendly game against Brazil under the watchful eyes of the technical crew of the team led by coach Gernot Rohr, Owngoalnigeria.com reports.
Already the coach has worked out a way to make up for the absence of Oghenekaro Etebo who pulled out of the game due to an injury yesterday bringing to four the number of players who have pulled out of the game.
Just like it was in the case of Ola Aina, Rohr didn’t replace Etebo unlike the duo of Samuel Kalu and Kenneth Omeruo who were replaced by Viv Solomon-Otabor and Tyronne Ebuehi respectively.
In the ongoing training session, Rohr lined up the trio of Alex Iwobi, Wilfred Ndidi and Joe Aribo as his midfield three for one team and later replaced Aribo with newly called up Ramon Azeez as he bid to find the right mix in the absence of Etebo.
For now it’s a straight fight between Azeez and Aribo for the spot of Etebo with Aribo presently favoured to get the nod ahead of the Granada man who is staging a return to the team after a five years absence.
Guess its time to see the much talked about midfield trio of Ndidi-Aribo-iwobi

I see nothing wrong with rohr's call up..most of the players invited are doing perfectly well for their clubs,On ebere's matter,he will surely get a call up soon...just like osimhen and aribo.
compare to the past...The man has tried. if you need Afcon? he will deliver it soon.

The man is compromised, and he is having his way bkus the NFF is owing him 3months salary, plus the no interference clause he coerced the NFF to insert in his deal. He is giving the unmeritted invites to the highest bidders at the detriment of the team, otherwise, tell me how otabor deserved a call up ahead of better players like Ebere Eze

I will never be able to find truth on this particular matter.

However, l can find out about character traits and past antics in this regard.
