Guys, I had to create another moniker to protect my identity. Please how can I add mass? I am just sooo skinny for my age. I am 27years, have tried eating and gymning but to no avail. I actually have a generally low appetite though but for the past 6 months, I have tried my best to eat well and even take supplements like complan milk but I cannot just add flesh.

Any tips pls?

I don't want to be fat. Just a little body mass should do. I am 1.69m tall so i just need to add up to 63 - 65kg to maintain a healthy body mass index

I dont have excess sex na, I fvck only on weekends when bae comes (2 weekends max per month) and/or occassionally use intimacy gadgets but trust me, it is very minimal. Definately not excessive

Lol. I have been staying alone for quite some years now and barely cook. I eat alot of junks with low nutrients like bread, biscuit etc and once in a while i eat sold food from restaurants. Perhaps a partner with very good cooking skills as you've said might help.

I think it has to do with my body metabolism. I burn off my nutrients very quickly. I tried eating beans, fish and complan for the past 3months or so daily but my body is just recalcitrant to change.

Yes I get u. But a body mass index of less than 19 is not medically ok. Mine is approximately 20, so I am targeting a BMI of 22 or 23. Moreover, clothes fit you better when you have some level of defination.
