Guide yourself and save your money for POF.
All you need are available freely on page 1 of this thread and other threads. It is a do-it-yourself process, anybody telling you to bring money will collect and use to eat suya and Heineken while coming here to source for information to collect more money from you. Agent will not write IELTS for you or present himself for medical on your behalf. Read up and read more, then stay sharp sourcing information. Cheers.
Mixedfruit:
Please who will guide me on the process on how to start up this application?
Agent asking for 1.8m

Hi gurus in the house,

I just embarked on my journey, started my evaluation with WES, will be writing IELTS next month and am not certain about some questions, though I have read through the previous threads.

1. I was working as a primary school teacher since 2016 but stopped this Sept. Can I apply as with the 3years work experience? Given that I am currently unemployed?

2. For my PoF, my dad has promised to give me money once I get the ITA, can I do the gift of deeds after ITA? Then put the money as mutual deposit? Given, I won't have 6 months for the PoF post ITA.

Kindly advise, thanks.

1. Yes, as long as period was up to 3years. I hope you had started working there before september 2016.

2. Offcourse. A gift deed from your father will do just fine. Do include statement showing inflow of the money from your dad. Do not forget a reference letter from the bank, and mutual investment certificate. You're very well on track.

You are a comedian @ "amala turning" and "70%
off" grin cheesy. Just watch and wait to see, this person seems disinterested in learning about the process, will rather pay his way through. Such people are soft targets for scammers and I just pray and hope he doesn't lose his money.
roblance:

Which kind amala turning be this now?

You clearly said you need someone to guide you through the process.

And you get 70% off for thanksgiving day. 1.8m to 600k.

sorry whats this script marking all about?

ladymarshall:
I have updated the remaining hall of fame list of Part 8 on page 1 in this part. If you got PPR in part 8 and your monikers is not on either list, let me know. I'll assume the responsibility for this part. Btw, everything happened so fast this morning grin got query on why I didnt create a new thread during the weekend, created new part asap, got banned and unbanned again. I hadn't even finished reading the last pages of part 8 grin

Welcome to this new thread. May you all get PPR in this part and may we have more PPR scripts and faster processing times by CIC. May the scores and draws be favorable too. @Mamaroon @stencil, @Adunnee @iaatmguy @yemblaze @majamisile @johnnybravo1990 @jjohndoe83 @ladywinterfell @temigee @bankyh1905 @teeielts360 @Ednut1 @Tina26 this is your part, I am so eager to update your monikers in the earliest part of this hall of fame. The wait has been long enough, I'm praying and hoping it would happen asap.

To make this easier so I don't get overwhelmed, I'll handing over the marking responsibility of marking the scripts to @Yemblaze who I strongly nominate openly, if she is willing. She has been so consistent on this thread, understands the marking style and I am very confident she will carry on the script marking tradition until she gets PPR. Hey sis, do you accept? If you do, you can choose a capable assistant whenever you can. If not, I'll nominate someone else.

May we enjoy this part. Parts 1-8, Page 1 of this part and the search bar are great resources for all kinds of questions. We have dealt with over 90% of express entry questions. Let's research first before asking questions so we don't clutter the thread. Let's reserve the pages for customized enquires and special cases.

Hi all,

Trust everyone is doing great. Additionally, big congratulations to everyone who got their ITA & PPR in the previous thread. #More_Wins_To_Everyone. To us awaiting ITA, ECA & IELTS: May the universe ease all our task!

In the last part, I asked if my “master’s degree statement of result” will suffice as “degree certificate” for WES ECA. @Debsify, @rhemagrace, @joo2018 confirmed I could use it - big thanks guys. I just received a notification that “my documents are complete” and the evaluation report is being prepared - see attached picture. So, my question is: is it possible I get the ECA prior 11/11/2019 or it’ll be ready at exactly 11/11/2019. Really wanna enter the pool ASAP.

@Topsmamen, thanks for directing me to this thread - I’m grateful.

go to uk and ask what people did to their student visa na before theresa may. Many borrowed money as proof of funds and school fees. Got there and never went to school. Canada is also trying to prevent that. They don't want nigerians to use it as short cut. Prove to us you want to study for studying and not immigration . 20 hours is the allocated weekly hours for work but many are doing above that because they lied about proof of funds. The rejection rate for nigerian student visa is 83% . You can't blame them. Before you know it . It becomes another malaysia.

Nope. You would only be able to claim the 1 year work experience in NOC A, B or 0 in this case. Nothing under NOC C counts for points.

terrymason:
boss if someone have 1 year job experience under noc a, b or o and 2 years under noc c... can that still count as 3 years experience?

It will likely be completed a few days before the estimated date of completion, usually in the week leading to that date. But you need the report completed to enter the pool.

The ECA completion date is estimated, expect to get it days before the 11th. My expected completion date was 13th and I got it on the 6th.
You'll get a mail from Credly on "Verification Badge" that can be used on LinkedIn while WES will send you a "Verification Completed" email. After, your report will be available for download a few hours later. All the best.

The rate at which people are claiming plots of land in this part eeeeh, the part is moving at a supersonic speed. 11 pages within 24hrs.

With this speed, I just hope there will be enough time for those who pray to get PPR to get it, before this part comes to a close. grin grin tongue

A new part it is! Started following this thread since Part 7. Most of the participants then have gotten their PPRs or about getting theirs soonest.

I started preparing for my IELTS and began the processing of my ECA in Part 8. Even as my getting PPR is practically unlikely in this part 9 except this Part threads slowly (but with the anticipated inrush of PPR stories, this is at best unlikely), I am booking this Part for my IELTS success story, ECA Report, my ITA and subsequent AOR.

One thing that I am certain of is that this Part will be flooded with one success story or the other. We all should have our hopes high, ensure we take care of all that are required of us and continue researching and helping each other.

1. It's Sept 2016 to Sept 2019.

2. So it doesn't matter if let's say for example, I got an ITA this October and he sends the money. Then gift deed, I show the inflow in my bank statement and also put it as a mutual deposit, same month?

Really? I never knew, someone post Aor advised me that scores get locked post Aor instead of post ITA

This is my own experience. Scores get locked after AOR. I got ITA 1st May and my score was 457 my birthday was 17th May but i felt i had nothing to worry about but when i was getting ready to submit my application and i logged in after my birthday my score had dropped by 5 points and i saw my score as 452. The saving grace for me was that cut off was 450. I screamed like i had a panic attack. If you know you know oh. I hope this guides someone.
