I bought a fake LG tv from Alaba International. Didn't know fake tv exist. I bought it for 70k.
I didn't watch it up to a month when thin lines started showing on the screen. I call a technician, when he open it, the panel of a galaxy tab was bigger than its panel. The technician said it is obviously fake. The tv is still behind my bed.
I Fear Igbo boys at Alaba.

Now I buy my things direct from LG and Samsung

You see those bed sheets wrapped, packed and sealed in nylon, of which you can't determine the quality till you go home and open it, don't ever buy that thing, or rather, buy at your own discretion.

Bought one, only to discover that the quality is on par with waterproof. That type they call ''madam sorry''.

Slept on the damned bed sheet, woke up this morning only to see that the flowery design it has, has been imprinted on my singlet angry

3k wasted!!

I quietly repackaged it, and gifted it to my neighbour; a Christian brother, who exhausted all his ''God bless you'' on me cheesy

Patiently waiting for him to sleep and wake up tomorrow morning. grin

Are you kidding me? Mine doesn't have all these traits but the battery doesn't even last as a new battery should. And it's been two months now, too occupied to return, well it has a warranty.
Na so I see am o.
I did not even try to on the system. I knew it was not real immediately I saw it.
In your case, I think you should check with HP through their site if your system is cover by warranty since you have been using it for months (return is highly unlikely), if covered by warranty, then make your complaint and they can guide you on what to do, if not covered, you have to talk to the merchant. If merchant is a corporate organisation with a well known brand, they would wanna protect their image by trying to help resolve it

Bought it from Konga store

Bought it from Konga store
Is Konga the merchant or just the platform/market?
Like my own case, it was another merchant, after getting a refund, I then ordered another from Konga store itself as the refund was made to wallet and I don't want to go through stress of having it transferred to my account.
Go to hp site first, there is a way to verify the authenticity of your system and warranty.
After verification, you can then know what next to do.
It might just be the battery that's faulty from company and not really a fake gadget or repackaged one

Don't trust all these Instagram Vendors! They have flashy business pages. But what they deliver sometimes are crap!

I'm even tempted to mention the IG handle angry
Tell your babe to contact me, and I'll hook her up with some quality human hair at a very good price .

Mine was a military camouflage back pack on jumia. The whole stuff looked so Packard and I was like oboy my coursemate will feel it. The whole stuff was delivered I even went on a short one without admin to pick it up at Mando water resources area in Kaduna.

Got back to lines and I was telling my rooms that I can't wait to graze this bag I even told my clown to shut his eyeballz as per z too small to see it. Only to see one very small back that won't even carry a full Etisalat camo and Boot. I felt so dejected and the whole stuff cost over 25k. My rooms was just using me to feel big among my coursemates. If only jumia had a physical shop them for feel am

I've been scammed o by this alaba boys.there was a day i went to alaba to buy movies. Being a sucker for trendy movies i bought a lot of american and nollywood movies, everything worth around 5k.infact when i went there everything was doing kami kami kami in my eyes.the ibo man will say oga take this one na,oga select this one na,oga buy this one na.i don watch am,e sweet well well,me too,i will tell him oya put it inside nylon bag.he was so happy that day smiling at me cheerfully not knowing i have been swindled.i drove back home through the congested road.as soon as i got home changed my outfit and had my bath, dressed up and all i said to myself, let me now balance and watch these movies till i pay my dstv subscription fees that expired

as i sloted in one,it said error,i used my dress to clean the back of the cd,same thing,i took the second one,no show, the 3rd one same.i started getting agitated,i said ha shewa, otidaran.awon were omo ibo yi ti gba e.kilomashey bayi.still not convinced

i went to my room were i kept my laptop, plugged it and turned it on and slotted the disc into my laptop and the thing said empty disc.i put my hand on my head in shock and amazement.i was still dramatizing, saying awon oloriburuku yi ti gba mi.ye,5k jona.motu fun omo ibo ti aye e ma baje lowo.

The following day i drove back there.when i got there,i asked for the man in this shop and those around there said he has travelled.hope nothing madam.i saiddont worry.i got into the car.put my 1st finger into my teeth, still not getting over the fact that i have been swindled.infact, that thing pained me seriously,it entered my bones.meanwhile this is the 3rd time an ibo boy will swindle me.as a matter of fact, nothing will make me not believe many of them are not fraudsters and dubious characters

When you buy cheap, you buy twice.
Well, I don't buy cheap stuffs, so I got no story to tell you.

Its not about buying cheap stuffs bro. My arty man once bought one original adidas Sneakers. It cost 50something k . original as we were told. He rocked it to a club and while coming back to Kaduna he wore it all the way from Lagos only for us to realise it was fake on closer inspection but another colleague who knows better.

I got a wristwatch on an online store which cost over 30k aside shipping cost coz we were told its shipped from abroad and since I wanted to rock it I decided to pay for fast shipping everything over 35k. boldly written on it was a Russian army wristwatch and from what I saw on the ad it is suppose to come with a Nav, compass, a secret camera and many more specs that I know will help me in bush exercise. The whole stuff was delivered after a month plus and I got something without all the specs. Since its shipped from abroad so refund policy coz I paid before it was shipped. Do u call that cheap?

I bought a camo poncho (i think its called Rain jacket or so) from jumia it looked so delicate and I paid I instantly only to be presented with a shadow of what I saw online.

Most a times its not coz u got something cheap. Some people just derive joy in pulling wool over another human eye.

Hmmm,, it happened last year December oo,, i had like 25k on me in d morning.. Since na festive period na,, was busy gulping beer wt pple.. Later i realised d money had depreciated to like 15k,, I say make i run enter kasua market for kaduna buy slippers n if possible jeans.. With my shayo eyes i enter one igbo man shop bought 2 pairs of sandals,, one Prada n one other @5k each.. It was d following day when shayo don clear i realize say na pada dey wrote.. Walahi d two sandals no last me 1month..

Walahi igbo n deceit na 5&6..

You sef u carry shayo eye enter kasua. Most of those Igbo guys there na fraudsters from Markarfi plaza to leventis roundabout them go always draw you to swindle you. They do sell books beside that round about where they take Kamazo or karji bus like last year I was looking to get a copy of a book titled why we struck by adewale ademoyega. I read the book like 5 years ago and since then HV been looking for a copy of mine since the book is worth adding to my library. I checked all bookshop I know in Ibadan all to no avail even Jericho bookshop. So I was on admin that day and I was like lemme check my sarma in Kasu. I saw those Igbo selling books there and they were like which one do you want even when I didn't ask them. I told the guy did they have how to influence people by dale Carnegie he said No .I said what of why me struck by adewale ademoyega .The nigga said his in is other shop I should wait. The guy just throw smoke run go after like 5 minutes I saw him coming from that Mr Biggs side. He said they have the book but they said its going for 4000. Oboy. Well the book was worth having and they just paid allowance so I was feeling big and I asked him to bring it. Nigga brought the book a pirated copy since have see the original In central osogbo library years back. Well I told the guy how far he said its the first edition etc I was just so confused like have never seen the book before. He told me na the original be that and its very scarce I paid sha and took the book. That night I got back to lines after lighout to read abit before cutting five only to see the book has scattered pages like page 10 followed by 52 .etc. I got so pissed but I can't do Nada. The good thing is I have the book but the bad thing in HV learnt not to trust any trader be it Igbo Hausa or yoruba

Lmaoooo. Funny narration. Best buy bedsheet materials and sew.

Those ones are even worse. I bought two beautiful sets of bedsheets from those curtain sellers and sewed them with 4 pillowcases each. All it took was one wash to wash all the colours away, the fabrics looks so faded you'd think they have been used for years. I didn't get to use the sheets for up to six months and the pillowcases eventually got converted to rags and furniture dusters

I entered a boutique one day & bought two shirts (v-neck) @ #2k each. The two became useless after washing them once. The neck parts became slack & too wide for my neck. Part of my ribs could be seeing through the neck part. I just gave one out to a fat friend & wear the other one only at night

I guess you buy from the Mallams,

We have different type of bedsheets materials in the market and the mallam hawking it on the road goes for the least.

Buy from me, my bedsheets are of good cotton materials, no fading or shedding.

And the good news is , they are quite affordable.
