I found this thread a few months ago and I've read back from part 1 and now part 9. The lessons and support from this community is nothing short of amazing. Congratulations @ladymarshall on getting your PPR! May the land forever favour you and yours.

Are there any October 2018 AORs in the house? I reserve my PPR space in this part by God's grace
Did you mean 2019??

Please Fam, Just a quick question. I have gotten my ECA and IELTS and my current CRS is 456.

My marriage is next month. Is it advisable to wait after my marriage before submitting my profile or to submit it now? If I submit my profile now and I receive ITA before my marriage next month, can i still edit my marital status after ITA, before AOR and would that affect my CRS score?

Good evening family. Pls I have 2 issues as regards my reference letter. During my nysc, I worked in an intelligence agency and when they provided a reference letter, they didn't include a phone number or email address (don't know if it's for security reasons). So I'm wondering how IRCC can contact them for verification if need be

Secondly, when writing the date I worked there, they didn't spell out the day, they only wrote from month this to month that with the years.

Pls what can I do? Can I go ahead and submit the letter like that? Do I raise a LOE?

How long does it take WES to acknowledge receipt of document. The delivery company shows that they have delivered for over one week.Yet no response from WES.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by Eraytee: 4:36am On Oct 16, 2019
Try to fill their inquiry web form to make inquiry, normally it doesn’t take time for WES to acknowledge the receipt of document.

This is a tricky one. Your letter apparently doesn't meet the requirements for a work reference letter. You'd need to find a way to have them put the contacts of the HR person on that letter or at least obtain his/her business card and attach that to the letter. There's got to be a way people reach them, right?

I am about entering the pool with my IELTS and WES already in process. My highest degree is a bachelor with 2 years working experiences, but I have 2 siblings with PR which i intend to us to booster my points. Experienced members, please what are my chances for getting ITA?
Getting an additional degree is better. Short courses like CIMA, UNILAG HRDC, BCS will do. Having two years experience is the same point with having a one year experience under the comprehensive ranking system

Maybe you should send WES and email to double check, since the courier has confirmed delivery for over one week now..

It’s a personal preference and it depends on where your strength lies. I did CBT, because I’m more comfortable/faster typing than having to hand write and crosscheck for capital letter etc.

It’s the same exam anyway, so it just depends on you.

Please something has been bothering me.

2years ago, prior to when I heard about EE, I tried DUBAI work visa with an agent helping me out. He told me in a month but after 3months visa is still not ready and I just wanted to leave naija then. Something came up in naija that would last for about 2years so then I told the man to withdraw the visa and took about more than 5months to get my PASSPAORT from him.

When filling out the Express entry form, about travel history or have I be denied any visa before question, since I do not know the main info about that visa up to date whether I was given or the man didnt do anything or probably denied sef. This bothers me on what to fill when the time comes on travel history.

Will an LOE do explaining or I should ignore travel history as I have not travelled to anywhere before.

If just you ? Then I will advice you submit your profile now then ensure your wedding is post AOR , if it’s post AOR , raise CSE to add spouse , this will require you increase POF , medical for him /her , PCC and all other information required, your partner will not need ielts or ECA
