#9. Change Environment For A While If Possible

watch more of sport, be close to your Bible/Quran if you're religious type


but does this person worth it? it take 24hrs for me to forget those that hurt me, this doesn't mean I don't love them but I believe anyone that could break up with me without offending her don't deserved me and anyone that Don't deserved me, Dont worth the stress

It doesn't work that way trust me; unless you're not truly in love with that individual. If you're TRULY in love, break up attempts alone will make you feel like the whole world is over, when you look to the right you see him in a cute guy's eye. When you look to the left, the guy that just walked past you looks so much like him, even the little things you never thought would interest you in people begins to send you nostalgic memories. Only those who've been there would understand!
