Is renting Bullion van a criminal offence in Nigeria? Or you saw what was inside the van?

Too many illiterates in Nigeria.
Haba shocked
You said to many illiterates in Nigeria, and you just exposed yourself as their leader and commander in chief.

Before quoting and requoting misguided, mangled and misinterpreted EFCC act by some oldo social media illiterate on twitter, first read and understand the act, what it empowered the EFCC to do.

1. Bola Tinubu is a private citizen, not a public office holder.

2. Bola Tinubu is a major business owner in Nigeria, even according to many of you, he's the owner of many businesses from Radio to TV, Newspaper, construction, major shares in INTELS and so on, so, is hiring a bullion van to transport his valuables living beyond his means?

3. is Bola Tinubu's House in Ikoyi that was given to him as part of his state pension entitlement living beyond his means?

4. Is hiring or not hiring bullion vans by people who can afford it a criminal offense or trigger for investigation or does it mean you are living beyond your means?

5. You people need to stop acting like little children and spoon-fed illiterates by listening to other ignorant people on social media just because you hate the man in question.

8. It's really mind-boggling how you people credit him with many major businesses, but you act brand new and alarmed that he acts like a rich businessman. Are you people just confused or it's just contradictions and hypocrisy.
Sir, I have have always noticed your post and I can say with all certainty that you are morally bankrupt fellow and any society who parades tour likes is destine for uttermost destruction. The affluence Mr Tinubu is displaying does not correlate with his source of income. Without mincing word the source of that illegally wealth can assiduously be traced to the common patrimony of Lagosinans which is residual at the Lagos treasury.

Bullion vans transport valuables from money to gold, diamonds, artwork, documents or whatever you consider valuable to you, not just money.

EFCC act against people living above ther means doesn't say hiring bullion vans is living above your means, maybe it is for poor and bitter people like you living beyond your means.
We all know you’re here to distract the main point from being discussed. I think u should carry ur distraction to Twitter cos that side have lost control

I would like to know those schools that graduated or will graduate you and made(will make) you a literate. Such schools need questioning. Because they are part of the problems in this country.

as regard the bolded, I dare you to engage SEGA and call him olodo, perhaps we will know who the olodo is because I just don't understand your obsession with calling people olodo and illiterate. You must have been a first class student while in school cheesy
1. Bola Tinubu is a private citizen, not a public office holder.

the act cited by the person behind the EFCC handle clearly said, the section 7 (1) (b) of the act gives them the power to investigate properties of "ANY Person," and it didn't specify whether public office holders or private citizens so tell us if you know better than the person behind the handle.
2. Bola Tinubu is a major business owner in Nigeria, even according to many of you, he's the owner of many businesses from Radio to TV, Newspaper, construction, major shares in INTELS and so on, so, is hiring a bullion van to transport his valuables living beyond his means?

your point here is completely valid but incoherent with regards to the EFCC act that was cited because the last time I checked, being a business mogul doesn't deter anyone from engaging in corrupt practices so tell me another story pls.
3. is Bola Tinubu's House in Ikoyi that was given to him as part of his state pension entitlement living beyond his means?

you are the first person to mention HOUSE in this conversation so you have the answer to your question.
4. Is hiring or not hiring bullion vans by people who can afford it a criminal offense or trigger for investigation or does it mean you are living beyond your means?

seems you are Tinubu's spokes person to have vividly known that he rented the van cos he didn't come out to clear the air while the allegation was going round and if we're to go by interpreting silence as admittance, then you know the rest.
5. You people need to stop acting like little children and spoon-fed illiterates by listening to other ignorant people on social media just because you hate the man in question.

oh no, don't bring up this hate issue again, we're just being rational here. He's not worth my hatred and I don't stand to gain anything from hating him. SEGA was just trying to admonish EFCC to avoid double standards I no know why your preeek just stand because he mentioned Tinubu.
8. It's really mind-boggling how you people credit him with many major businesses, but you act brand new and alarmed that he acts like a rich businessman. Are you people just confused or it's just contradictions and hypocrisy.
it is also mind boggling to see you defending a typical Nigerian politician better than Sergio Ramos and Raphael Varane both does for Real Madrid.
Seems more like your love for Tinubu has killed your patriotism.

What is our business with the EFCC and the United Kingdom of Lagos. Let them protect their monarchy and the royal house of Pharaohs while they hope to get a Moses to part the floods to let them walk on dry land or 'Spiderman' it to work. A people get the society they create.

You don't actually see a helicopter with a "for rent" sign hanging on it but I know for a certainty that you can rent one.
I know for a certainty that if you want to move money or valuables above a certain value....You'll definitely be provided security and a bullion van by even the bank themselves with added cost of course. He could be moving a 10 million dollars Van Goff painting a day t I election for all our illiterate asses know though.

Nothing absolutely gives justification for an individual bringing in such thing as a bullion van during electioneering period.
Your lots are the reasons the politicians feel so free in doing anyhow they want.

So, you are telling us that both the radio stations and all other Asiwaju business entities doesn't have company account where the clients are paying to. So, Asiwaju pikin, pls tell us how many times you have seen Dangote and Otedola doing the same even on election eve. Have you not heard of footballers and many innocent guys arrested by this people all in the name of Yahoo boy. WHO PETITIONED THEM? That's the question.

Cursed. Yes, you're cursed and you know it. Seeing the obvious and blinding your eyes.

You people are the most misguided, aimless and tribe obsessed people on the surface of the earth.
I'm a Lagos native stop posting trash! what do you know about being educated? trying to defend someone that should be subjected to thorough investigation?
I see no intentions of the EFCC investigating TINUBU . being a business man does not make him just.
so because you feel he his a business man so he should not be investigated or invited for questioning?
