Is renting Bullion van a criminal offence in Nigeria?
Since u are so dumb, let me enlighten you. Bullion van is only for Banks, Banks use is for only Cash. So, bullion van is for only cash. Bullion van moving into someone's House is moving cash from bank to dat person's house. Now, how much do u think a bullion van moves? Have you heard of Money Laundering law in Nigeria? A Lawyer friend of mine broke down everything for me, but Nigeria is so lawless to d people in power.

Ekweremadu, a public official is the owner of dozens of properties in Abuja, Lagos, London, US, Dubai and the Caribean, this is who the EFCC act is talking about, living above your means, but you tribe obsessed hypocrites and bigots are always blind, clueless and dumb when it comes to your own people looting you dry, a public official with nothing to show in his constituency, but you want to kill yourselves over a non public office hold and a businessman in Lagos.

You people are the most misguided, aimless and tribe obsessed people on the surface of the earth.

Hide behind tribalism.

Glad you know it's not a crime to rent a billion van in Nigeria.

Now, if the people you are quoting don't offer credible and valid proof to support their allegations with, don't quote them.

Is it a crime for a successful business owner to have private jet in Nigeria? Abi a private citizen, a non-public official and a businessman is not allowed to buy a private jet? Is this your illiterate interpretation of corruption? ...

So, who was bribed to buy the private jet? Where is corruption or what's corruption got to do with a businessman owning a private jet?

Is Tinubu in power?

Before you illiterates type the word corruption again, look up the meaning and stop embarrassing the internet.

Btw, you jumped inside the bullion van, saw money and counted 3 million naira cash? You, people, are comedians. grin grin

You could have been correct but what invalidates your claim is the fact that Tinubu once held public office in Nigeria, from being a Senator to being a Governor for eight years

What could have been expected of EFCC is to do a holistic investigation on his expected accumulation of income while in office and what he had when he left office

But that's practically impossible because he has his cronies taking over Lasg, and in the eyes of the law he's innocent till that is done.

But that he's not in government has no substance, Yahoo boys aren't public officials same as ritualists

If FBI had thought because Invictus has a business he's free to flaunt wealth they wouldn't have arraigned him for fraud

The government can investigate both private and public citizens if they deem it fit that the individual is due for scrutiny.

If you ever see a goat, bow and greet that animal, cos it has more sense than you.

Where is it stated in the law that bullion vans can be rented by individuals? What else are bullion vans used for? To fetch water?

See, with the type of anger that entered me after reading your comment, if you were close to me, I swear I will do you something bad. How long do some of you animals who supports this evil administration want to continue in your darkness?

You have a problem I swear.

How fast you are to call people illiterate when you lack comprehensive reading knowledge yourself.

You asked if anyone saw the content of the bullion van. In other news, since we aint sure of what the van was carrying, it makes it unnecessary to suggest it should be probed. Sadly, your hypocritical eyes didn't allow you see the section 7 (1)(b) of the EFCC establishment act, 2004, quoted by the Twitter handle.

All SEGA was saying was that since EFCC in line with the section 7 (1)(b) of its establishment act, 2004, has the power to clamp down on common Nigerians by mere suspicion, why can't it do the same with those at the top of the political hierarchy?

I hope you know better now.
dont bother minding that primary school leaver calling people illiterate. Suspicious activities are meant to be investigated. I guess it’s a normal thing for him, maybe he also rents Bullion van. Who knows?

Stop exposing your ignorance, you are the illiterate here.

Bullion van is an APC (Armoured Personel Carrier), hence individuals don't rent or own them. It is therefore a criminal offence to rent it out to individuals.

Now you are proud to announce that he is a major shareholder in the same INTELS you have been crucifying Atiku for looting Nigeria's money. So you agree Tinubu is a looter too.
NGpatriot:

Before quoting and requoting misguided, mangled and misinterpreted EFCC act by some oldo social media illiterate on twitter, first read and understand the act, what it empowered the EFCC to do.

1. Bola Tinubu is a private citizen, not a public office holder.

2. Bola Tinubu is a major business owner in Nigeria, even according to many of you, he's the owner of many businesses from Radio to TV, Newspaper, construction, major shares in INTELS and so on, so, is hiring a bullion van to transport his valuables living beyond his means?

3. is Bola Tinubu's House in Ikoyi that was given to him as part of his state pension entitlement living beyond his means?

4. Is hiring or not hiring bullion vans by people who can afford it a criminal offense or trigger for investigation or does it mean you are living beyond your means?

5. You people need to stop acting like little children and spoon-fed illiterates by listening to other ignorant people on social media just because you hate the man in question.

8. It's really mind-boggling how you people credit him with many major businesses, but you act brand new and alarmed that he acts like a rich businessman. Are you people just confused or it's just contradictions and hypocrisy.

What kind of human being are you? What are you trying to defend? You are just making a fool out of yourself. You think you are literate, but you are a compound illiterate. Your comprehension level and reasoning is so poor.

How can you in all honesty call Tinubu a private citizen? Tinubu is politically exposed, hence can no longer be seen as a businessman or a private citizen. He is a politician, that has held political office before, and was a major player in that election. Dont defend evil. Your type is the reason why there can never be genuine progress in this Nation. Lets leave religion, political affiliation and ethnicity aside and face the truth.

You are a big hypocrite, and still confusing yourself. You accuse other people of hating the man, hence their reason for condemning the bullion van debacle. Because of your bigotry and blind support, you have seen nothing wrong with the bullion van seen in his house on the eve of a major election. If it were in Ibori's house that those bullion vans were seen at such critical time, would you be saying the same thing? Be objective in your reasoning!

Personally, I am ashamed to read such comments from a self proclaimed literate individual, he should be tagged as an educated illiterate, a deadly variant of the homo-sapien species.

Hw does this concern Fashola and Ambode? So if they couldn't find anything against him even when he was in opposition and the ones in PDP then (Uzor Kalu and others) have several cases in court, why then is all this crying of him being a thief. As it is today, he isn't a public office holder and obviously isn't living above his means. No matter how u want to look at it, Tinubu is a wealthy man and he has several businesses to his name. If u feel those businesses were funded by public funds, then forward ur findings to the relevant agencies.
