I am waiting for a feedback from the embassy.
I appealed too.

What was their decision on? And how many days/weeks running since you submitted your appeal?

Omoh bros you get time oh...

In your spare time go through this

https://www.nairaland.com/5185821/should-move-uk-return-nigeria

And stop derailing

The problem you have is you are so conceited in yourself and like to hear the sound of your own voice and the long posts you are wont to write makes you feel special. That's why you will never agree with what other people are saying or reason with them but keep writing long stories. Here is a quote from the thread you just linked:
ShyWhale:

This life ehn. We've got Nigerian students from Canada come to Germany because of lack of skilled opportunities. They say there is discrimination on lack of Canadian degrees and Canadian experience. Also, honest reviews from Quora don't help. It seems many skilled migrants in Canada are also trapped in these same unskilled jobs.

I would have gone to Canada long ago if not for that. I felt the money to be wasted on the processing of the Canadian PR to go get unskilled jobs could be better channelled to my business projects in Nigeria.

The Canada you are screaming about ignorantly also presents the same systemic setbacks. I know guys who studied in Canada and are not doing great either. Some of them even studied engineering. So what are you talking about? One of my bosses left Nigeria for Canada since last year and he is still complaining. This is a guy in the IT field with over 10 years experience. Let me not even talk about UK.

Nothing is rosy. But that's not to say everything is insanely hard as you are painting it. Not everyone will get a great job and not everyone will flip burgers too. Not everyone will make it in Germany and not everyone will be mediocre either. Some people just need the German experience as a stepping stone to the greatness they are destined to be. Others will even set up businesses in Germany and become great too. Every man with his own journey and his own story.

If you think scrubbing toilets and flipping burgers is your portion then may that be your lot. Allow others to have lofty aspirations and imbue themselves with the impetus to realize them. Your unsolicited negativity is not needed.

I expect you to reply me and not say anything remotely meaningful other than spouting more bombastic drivel and writing a long wall of text. You will be ignored.

Lol... Everybody wants you to say what they wanna hear!!!

If anyone is coming to Germany with the intention of coming to get rich then they are on a very long thing. Here is not for a thing like that. People here live very simple life... They are not after riches but after comfort and good life. They very contented with what they have. Not greedy not criminal minded also.

Their system of government makes sure nobody gets too rich unlike Nigeria where the government even aids money laundering.

Highpriest I'll take it as you didn't understand me
Gamingorca can think whatsoever he wants

Have you ever seen me mention anything about riches
The issue I have with him is his negative comments
Finish.! Last time I'll talk about this issue

yes but that doesn't validate what the burger flipping brother is saying .... i know people in germany who didnt scrube toilet or flip burger to get decent jobs.
I get your point dear and I agree with you, not everyone will/should do menial jobs to survive. The key to getting a good job is based on many factors such as skills, language, the demand for the course you studied etc. People need to factor all these in.

@Thegamingorca. You are a bully and arrogant fellow from day 1, I went through all your replies, if you don't have any good response Just keep quiet , please behave yourself. Everybody want a better life in Germany not the mindset of Packing money, can you compare the living standard of a Nigerian to someone living in Germany. Don't discourage anyone here, I know so many people working in big companies and Government in Germany. For example in Dubai where I reside a sales Assistant is earning close from 4,000 -5000 Dirham's in a Month equivalent to 400k to 500k per month, do you know how much they pay Sales assistant in Nigeria 30k to 40k can you compare the two? In Germany a brother is earning 30Euro per hour, so what are you talking about......Let's encourage and advice everyone here stop all this unnecessary arguments.

Hello House,

Anyone have an idea if RWTH Aachen really requires GRE for masters admission in Advanced Civil Engineering. Haven’t had about a German institution requesting for GRE although it was stated on the schools website. I’ll appreciate better clarity on that.

Ladies and gentlemen, the immigration office in jena rejected all our applications for residence permit. In my case they said is too early for me to apply since my visa is still valid for six months.
I am raising this eyebrows because the same Ghanaian whose visa is six months like mine, his application was accepted.

I wanted to go to their office to ask but I feel somehow...

If they state on the website that they require GRE, then it's so. And they're not the only ones, TUM and Hamburg University also require GRE for some of their courses. You can mail the course coordinator to confirm though.

Lol. Derail thread? Please look inwards. You’re the major culprit here. Please keep your intuitions to yourself. This thread is for prospective and interested German hopefuls. I’m just scared for the newbies. Kindly keep your instinctive feelings to your self and do not derail this thread further. If you have logical and meaningful contributions please do the needful if not just observe. I’d also advice you take candidly to the numerous advices. They can’t all be wrong. I think the consensus is clear.

Good afternoon my bosses on this German waka. Please I have a question.
I just applied on uniassist today and I want to know that apart from my certified documents, is it compulsory to include WAEC scratch card, letter of motivation and also the application form to the documents to be sent to uniassist?

Please still waiting for your reply my bosses

Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 7 by Slip(m): 7:09pm On Oct 17, 2019
Scratch card details is compulsory.. Sometime ago I was asked by uniassist to send my scratch card details to enable them conclude on evaluation.. So you could type or write the card details on an A4 paper instead of giving them the real card as you may need the card later....For motivation letter, it's not compulsory as this can be uploaded on their application portal.. Motivation letter should not be certified.....

Only application form that have a place to sign is required to be sent by post along other documents...

Cheers!!!

Thanks, I have a long list of uni's ( about 12 of them) offering Bsc programs in English language, mostly in the Business / IT field of study. I would probably contact the Uni's as I want to have all necessary information before the application for summer admission begins.

I have a Studienkolleg + Language school admission for December 16 and I have booked for a date since August 14th but I am not really sure if the embassy has any plans of giving out AD for this year again! I am hoping they prove me wrong but right now I am pessimistic so I intend to use Bsc programme as my contingency plan.
