Good day, pls, I m using IQAS for my degree evaluation (BNSc, RN, RM), how do I get transcript from council, was told it only issues verification or is the transcript from school enough. I already included it (RN/RM) in my application, should I just mail for it to be removed or get verification from NMCN

Why did you have to wait till this late?? Clicking on submit without uploading all supporting docs might do you great harm. Don't leave things to chance. If you can't get the supporting documents soonest, you could decline ITA.

Or, he/she can write an LOE stating why he/she hasn't attached the document (it must be a cogent reason in order for this to work though) and promise to do so at a not-so-distant later date by uploading it throught a CSE. Someone did this with their PCC from Cyprus in thread 8. Its risky but with the increase in CRS scores, he/she may not get another ITA this year. Best to use this opportunity.
But remember that incomplete documents may lead to rejection of your application, so weigh your options.

No. Your highest degree is what's required for maximum points. You won't get any extra points for adding your BSC. You may add it though for work purposes if your application is approved so you dont need to assess it later though

I think it’s best to upload both on whichever evaluation body you are using so you see what it comes back as.

You can try it with the right certificate and transcript. I am aware that you can print your certificate through myACCA, but you need to complete that ethics module.
ACCA will send the transcript directly. Also in your request, you can ask ACCA to also send your certificate. They will send both.

Your Msc when achieved will give u the marks for Msc as your highest degree.

The combination of Bsc and Msc doesnt mean u get more marks. However, Msc carries more marks than Bsc.

2. If you simulated your score with spouse accompanying with you as the PA and you came up with a higher CRS, then you need to be the PA.
I don't know what you mean by "better certifications" though. Maybe you should post both profiles (age, degree, years of experience) so we could help you make an informed decision.

3. This is subjective. People choose provinces for different reasons. You have to figure what is important to you and find a province that would satisfy that need.

the person with the higher score gets ita not better qualifications. 38 is too old he needs french to get into 460s.
