You don’t have to cancel your date and wait for a date to pop up before you reschedule, there’s the cancel option and there’s the reschedule option on your portal

Last I checked which was around 2 today,the 23rd of dec is the only available day and that’s if it’s not picked before Friday.

Yes it is,click on the reschedule appointment Link and it’ll bring out the calendar,but you cannot check more than 3 times in 24 hours as well,it’s how I’ve been tracking the dates to see if I can get an earlier one,
And Yes,I have a date for November but I just want an earlier date.

Yes I think so,but I think it’s like that for me cos I always use my phone to check the cgi page,the last time I used a computer,It was there on the lower left part of the dashboard.

100! I saw an earlier interview calendar on the left side of my dashboard immediately after login, then I went for it. So it's possible.

A quick one, We got a RFE requesting for further evidence, please, does anyone understand what they mean by “evidence of financial support”? I am confused as to how who should provide the financial support and will letter to this effect suffice or they need bank statements? @legictBachelor and other gurus, your input is highly welcomed. Because now I’m getting paranoid,so cos of family pressure and all,we had to do our traditional engagement and my fiancée had to come to Nigeria in March and it was a very big one to be honest,it went from just inviting family members only to more than 1000 people coming and we were very specific about it even in the invitation that it was just traditional engagement but people were printing ‘happy married life’ souvenirs here and there and there was nothing we could do about it,we made sure that no bride price was paid as well so my question is what do you think I should do and would a certificate of bachelorhood help my case?

Thanks so much @anjiee for the Transcript. Can you tell us how you resolved the change of passport number issue? Did you fill a new DS160 or did you email ustraveldocs or did you just go for the interview with both passports?

I didn't fill a new one, went like that. I had call and sent mail earlier, was told nothing could be done

so I guess since the old passport number reflected on the new one, I was good to go.

We clearly stated on the invitation card that it was a traditional engagement ceremony and nothing else.

Just keep checking twice daily. Morning and then evening. When they open dates, you'll see the available dates.

Well since they asked, I think your fiance can fill the form i134 and attach relevant documents (like bank statement, pay stubs, tax returns, employmwnt letter, etc) along with it. If she doesnt make up to 125% if the poverty level then she'll also need a cosponsor.

Expenses you guys have made on each other can help too

Yeah I think it has to do with this Public Charge. Although I had thought the courts had kept it on hold for now.

Seriously, i am surprised and confused at same time, my fiancée doesn’t make up the 125% in her current job.. she was suggesting her mom writes a letter of sponsorship and notarized it. Do you think that will serve as evidence of sponsorship’ since it’s more like an oat that she will be our sponsor ? Or which form will she fill as sponsor

I suggest you should start a thread about your RFE on visa journey. You will likely have people who's gotten similar RFEs as yours.....and you'll get plenty of suggestions there.

With what I've seen so far it really looks like k1 process has a high rate of approval. Also, i don't know much about this income above poverty rate, my fiancee makes a monthly income of $4300, please is that a decent one?

It is decent and enough for to sponsor 1 person, maybe 2, it also depends if your fiancee has kids on her own, more people she needs to support, less or not enough money she has for to be your sponsor.
